| About: | This community was prompted by this entry in my personal journal. With a long winter finally over, I realized that I wanted/needed to lose some weight and tone up a bit for summer. Not strong enough to do it all on my own, but not actually social enough go out and make new exercise buddies in the real world, I decided to make this support group. Besides, not everyone on our friends' lists need to see our workout progress. Feel free to join to give support and share your tips/frustrations. I'm hoping this will be a small and active group to keep us all motivated. | ||
