hiiiii placebo whores. i dont post here often, but thought it was time i did.

a friend of mine owns a lil aussie indie record label (a tiny label indeed, but the dudes connected out of his ARSE.) anyways, one of his bands are called Teenager, and from the second i heard em i loved em. I met the lead singer yesterday, he's a lovely guy. today i finally got given their album and what do i find? track 6 is the result of a collaboration with stef and steve, from when they mat in LA. stef met up with nick (lead singer) and asked to be on their record. he helped nick write it, and played keyboard and guitar on this track. i kinda knew vaguely they worked together and are now mates, but this song is INCREDIBLE. teeanger + placebo = awsum. however while listening to it, i got quite a surprise. even briiiian makes an appearance on it.

they're such a teeny tiny band and the only reason i'm posting here is coz i dont know many people who know of teenager and it would be a shame not to hear this song.

you can hear some stuff here: www.myspace.com/teenagerband but not that song, which is called "breaking thunder". i dont know how to upload, so you can try download it somewhere, or maybe comment me and i'll see if i can email it? its a cool song.

p.s. and now im one degree of separation away!!! lol

pps i didnt note this everywhere else, but i x-posted to whatever cebo communities im a part of.
