Hello!

I just joined this community, and it seems a little dead. I thought I'd make a post to liven things up a bit!

My name is Manda, I live in Brisbane and I'm 4 months shy of my 18th birthday. I'm also an idiot because I didn't go to the Ekka last year to see Evermore!! And my excuse? I didn't have a way of getting home and my friends were too lazy to come!! Pathetic I know!!

In other news, I spent $36 on Evermore stuff today!!:D I got their DVD, the Unbreakable Live EP and Dreams!! So far I'm loving them!! Although I haven't watched the DVD yet cos my computer sucks and doesn't have a DVD drive.

Well I hope this place will be a little more active in the future!!

P.S. I'm currently making a new header for my LJ, and I need a pretty picture of Peter!! Preferably a cap from the Light Surrounding You video clip! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out!!

How are you all finding the new album, 'Real Life'?

I haven't listened to it enough to decide if it's better or worse than Dreams but I have to say that I absolutely love the songs Unbreakable and My Guiding Light. The artwork in the booklet is also quite nice. ^^

And did anyone catch the Evermore Red Light Special on Channel V? I missed it. I was just wondering if there was anything good on it..

My American self finally finally FINALLY recieved a copy of Dreams last night, with the help of a very awesome friend in New Zealand.

I have been waiting to get this album for so long, and though I am only on track 3 as far as listening, I'm enjoying it muchly.

What a great day. ^___^

Just joined this community. I met Dann on Thursday night. We hugged and photos were taken. Went to their show and they were really fantastic, as expected. Dann and I discussed Keith Moon from The Who for ages *swoon* He is definitely a spunk. And incredibly talented. Yeh, I better stop now.

Evermore at UNE, Wednesday 23 Feb. (I trust people are polite enough not to steal, please!)

Really electric performance, my first time seeing (and meeting) them, they have such a great stage presence and are incredibly modest and friendly guys! The night made tenfold better by the intimate space and enthusiastic crowd.

HI!!!I just joined the community so i dropped in to say hi.I got evermores album about 2 days ago.I could'nt help it after i met them at the australia day concert.They were all really nice especially Pete.We got to meet them cause my friends neighbors had some extra backstage passes.they had the passes cause they were supposed to be catering for all the stars.IT WAS THE GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!^_^
