I haven't updated my awards post in awhile, but I've been winning quite a few awards lately and figure now's the time to do it. :3 Some of these are old awards, some are new. The new ones are the Narnia ones and a few of the HP ones. Everything else is pretty much all of the old awards that I never got around to posting...

I'm sure many of you have seen my friends only banner for my own LJ and wondered how I got that coloring. Well wonder no more; I've provided a pretty extensive tutorial for you here. I saved the PSD of my banner, so I do in fact know each and every layer I used--I will warn you, however, that I will NOT give anyone the PSD and that these steps do not work for every image--they don't even work for an image from the same scene--so don't expect them to work for every image; believe me, I've tried. I made these a couple weeks ago, but didn't had time to share them then. :3 Most of these were made with a new coloring technique that I taught myself--and I actually liked the coloring of these icons so much that I didn't do too many icons with text, a rarity for me!

There is an interesting story here. I wanted to make icons today- so I went to see if I had any images to use. There, I spied like 35 icons I couldn't remember making. WTF, SCUSE ME- HOW DID YOU GET HERE?
