| About: | This is a discussion community, and haven, for those who possess a love of questions, a thirst for knowledge, and an appreciation for the opinions and viewpoints of others. The subjects we explore here include, but are not limited to, religion, politics, philosophy, world views, and ethics. People of all leanings and views are welcome and encouraged to join and participate. Just take a moment to read through and consider the rules before joining.
About This Community
♠ Requests to join this community will be submitted for review by a mod. We want to keep this community as a haven for thinkers and seekers where no one has to worry about being bothered by trolls. If you are very new to Live Journal, it's probably best to learn the ropes and get a few entries and experiences with other communities under your belt before joining up here.
♠ Posts are by mods only. It works like this. We post topics and questions, and you guys comment with your personal stances, viewpoints, and experiences. If you have a suggestion for a topic, you are welcome and encouraged to contact a mod with your idea for future consideration. There may also be screened-comment posts in the future asking for such suggestions. We'll see how it goes.

It isn't that we don't feel anyone under 18 has anything of worth to contribute.
