swapping! i got envelopes.. what do you have?

hey everybody!
i got lots of cute envelopes from letter sets that i don't use. I use all the paper for my letters to my penpals but i can never live long enough to use all the envelopes and i'd feel bad about just throwing them out.
so i was wondering if there was any snail mailers out there who would like some cute envelopes?

i got all kinds of themes: disney, flowers, object, people....etc

Please keep in mind that most of the envelopes are pretty old so the glue on them probably won't work (so you can just use some tape to close the envelopes) and i don't have any envelopes with newer disney characters.

i can send you as many envelopes as you wish (i litterally have hundreds of envelopes....) and you can just send as much back as you like (as long as i get at least one thing back...).

The things i'd like to get in return are: letter set-/notepad-/stationery sheets (that i can use in my letters to my penpals), stickers and address labels.

to make an example: i can send you 10 envelopes and you can send me (minimum) a sheet of stickers/5 sheets of paper/a few address labels in return. I'd be happy to get more in return of course.. but my main reason to swap the envies for something else is that i just find it too big a shame to throw the envelopes out.

I'd love to practise my French, so if there are any French-speakers who could stand their native tongue being murdered by me every now and then and could also write sometimes in French, I'd be more than happy. It's just that sometimes I get frustrated when I can't say what I'd like to say in French, so English skills would be needed too, I'm afraid. Otherwise, the UK, Ireland and Norway are on my special interest list... but if you think we'd get along nicely it doesn't matter where you're from, really. :)

What age would you prefer your penpal to be?: Around my age, give or take one-two years. As I'm born so late in the year, I guess that basically means someone born within the years 1986 to 1982.

Would you prefer your penpal to be male or female?: I'm pretty convinced I'm looking for a female friend. I could be wrong, though.

Music: Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Guns N' Roses, Kent, Massive Attack, Jimi Hendrix, Deep Purple, AC/DC, Amy Winehouse, Arctic Monkeys, Danko Jones, Morrissey, Muse, Opeth, the White Stripes, the Hives, Franz Ferdinand, and so on... Really I like a lot of different music, but I tend to prefer various types of rock.

Movies: Donnie Darko, The Godfather (parts I & II), Mulholland Drive. I always find it really difficult to know where to draw the line when it comes to listing your favorite movies, but these are the ones I am certain of that I loved, and could watch over and over again... and have done so, too.

Books: This is difficult too, as I don't read nearly as much as I'd like to and therefor I sense I am not trustworthy of telling which books were great and which ones were not. But, like everyone else, I liked The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger and the Harry Potter chronicles by J.K. Rowling. ;)

TV: Twin Peaks. <3 And Six Feet Under, The X-files, Scrubs, Heroes, Desperate Housewives... I don't, however, watch a lot of telly.

How long have you been penpalling?: Oh I've had penpals off and on since I learned to write.

How many penpals do you want?: Honestly, just one. Maybe two. The thing is, I'm looking for someone I can really relate to... It must be confessed that this is not the first time I've put an ad in a community like this, and I'm ashamed to say that after a few letters I just seem to lose interest. However nice the person(s) I'm corresponding with is! It's just that I already have a bunch of acquaintances and semi-distant friends that I don't have so much in common with, and it's simply not what I'm looking for. Differences are, naturally, interesting too, but I'd prefer if I could read your letters and think "I'm with ya!" more often that I'd think "WTF?", see.

Furthermore, it'd be awesome if you were semi-fluent in English (or Swedish) and capable of forming understandable sentences with decent usage of periods, commas and whatever alike. It's just a pet peeve, nothing serious. :) And speaking of pet peeves, I am not a fan of Japanese "cute" stuff. Nor emo-whining. I enjoy normal whining, though, haha.

Brief description of me: I'm a somewhat messy, slightly hysterical, previously teenage angst depressed, open-minded, cat-loving, non-prude young lady who came out of a relationship (which lasted six years) two years ago and still am single. I have a terribly bad luck in love and an even worse such in games. I don't know what to do with my life, but I think I've gotten a hunch... possibly. I am often bitter, but I can almost always laugh at my own misery and bitterness. I have a weak spot for agents in tv-series, such as Special Agent Dale Cooper and Special Agent Fox Mulder. I guess I can be kind of self-absorbed sometimes but I can also be an excellent listener and I'm in general a sympathetic person. Having that said, I think it's also important to add that I've learnt that you don't have to like everyone; just as everyone don't have to like me. It's alright. I'm a big fan of aesthetics in general, which I think is also a reason to why I'm kind of vain... I have grown to be comfortable with who I am and how I look, but I still cannot stand my teeth which is why I never smile in photos — however, in reality a smile is never far from my lips. I see signs in mostly everything, I like hidden clues and mysteries and your everyday magic. I focus a lot on the small things, because I love details, which is why I'm quite often incapable of seeing the big picture. I like fashion, awesome street-style and imaginative haute couture, but I'm nowhere near a fashion-slave. I'd take pretty Salvation Army tidbits over the latest Gucci any day. :) I read something somewhere sometime, I cannot remember when or where nor exactly what, but it was something along the lines of "She's the kind of girl who likes both motorcycles and chandeliers", and yes, that's the kind of girl I am too.

Oh and, if you care for photos, that's my picture in the userpic and if it's too tiny for you just continue on to my lj... I post far too many selfportraits there all the time, because I'm lame and boring like that.

Helloooo everybody. My name is Go.Chan and I'm afraid, I'm looking for penpals. Oh yes, since I am totally drowning in handkerchiefs at the moment I cannot bear my de-mental dull status anymore. Nevertheless I dont care about age, country, soft toys, teeth or language. As a matter of fact I'm too old to count (or something different in this case, you can also call me stuffedstrawberry. haha.) and too sick to heal (cold, actually. concluding the amount of tissues around me very cold. ) I am obsessed with anything strawberry likable (also: jordgubbe, fraise, erdbeere and so on), pencils, poems, photigraphs (very sensitive area, haha, I am addiccted, yes and I dare to say this frankly). I love to listen to music, at the moment mostly German music, Japanese music [the Gazette, hmm, Dir en grey, najaaa, Koda koda anythinnng..ahm?], and analogous proceedings of american/english music. I also try every morning to listen to BBC to get some slang language for my english teacher (to please her with my foreign abilities, harrrharr.) but- nya. As you can see, or hear there is non at BBC radio. Hmm.. otherwhise I'm too tired to get it at 7.am. in the morning. I also like Harry Potter and such stuff, but I am actually not very into Fanfictions and & etc. I love to learn languages (but I'm completely untalented. huh.) &&&& Anime, as you can see.
