As they're basically edited blurred photographs, I don't care what you do with them.  Use them to make your own textures, use them as textures, use them as stock images, whatever. Comments and credit are nice but not necessary.

As I was working on a new batch of icons, I discovered some old texture attempts lying (laying?) around the ol' hard drive, so I spruced them up and uploaded them. Enjoy!
