RULES 1. You must join in order to post the application or a promotion. All entries are moderated. 2. Anyone already stamped with a standard Tarot card can apply for themes. 3. Please bold your votes and make your vote a direct comment to the application post. 4. When voting, please only vote an individual as one tarot card. You are welcome to vote them as two, but please italicize instead of bolding it. 5. You may reapply up to two more times, but minimum of one month after reapplying/applying. 6. When applying, please place "divine right" somewhere in your subject line. 7. If reapplying, address that somewhere in your application. 8. Your tarot card will be determined by a minimum of five votes. 9.
