This is something I wrote for a new esoteric ezine, and I wanted to get some thoughts on it. I'm writing a second book on animal magic and I'm thinking of expanding on this idea more, but I wanted to get some feedback on it first. |

This article is intended to teach the basics of meditation, while allowing for further exploration on the part of the practitioner when they feel they're ready.

This essay will be broken into several sections. Above is the introduction. Next follows the explanation of each element and sub-element. Finally, I will provide an exercise which helps teach each element in turn.

I know that this article is mostly okay. However, I'd like help refining the last part (the guided meditation) so that it fits better with the preceding text. And of course, I'd also like to clean up that section notice in the introduction. |

This is a series of three brief essays I wrote for a more mainstream, post-as-you-will site. Since the audience there is primarily everything but pagan, I wanted to write more basic stuff. This isn't something I normally do, but I figured it would be a fun experiment.
These are basically just first drafts that I typed up and tossed on there; I haven't decided yet if I'm going to combine them and maybe take them someplace a little more professional. As I said, Xomba's an experiment in 101 writing for me, but hey--maybe I can do something more with this.
