Attention:

The fire will continue to burn at a steady pace for three days (our time) So by Monday afternoon, the humans will have put it out, and the injured animals that have been found will be taken to TERN, and put under the care of Marta Dexter (with, of course, a Forest Fire-based grant. :D)

A map of the burned area is here. The shades outlined in red indicate the boundaries of the fire, and the darker gray indicates more heavily burned area.

It's for things like non-player humans, non-player animals, and weather. Basically, if something huge happens, like a typhoon, the NPC will make a post about it. You do not have to respond to the NPC post, but you may. It's alright to make another post with your character.

The NPCs can only be controlled by moderators, so if you have an idea for something, feel free to let us know. You have our IMs and emails on the profile/userinfo page.

Look for an NPC post sometime in the next couple days. *grin*

So I compiled what it seemed pretty much everyone had agreed on for several territories. We're missing a few of the others, though, and also need to know where a few of the wanderers are.

If everyone wouldn't mind, could y'all take this map here and put in a different colored dot where your character is currently? Or, for those of you that have territory, could you do as I have done and mark them off with a fainter color for the roving territory, and a darker shade of that same color for a main den/pack resting area?

It'd probably help a lot of people out, especially if we don't want to get confused. :D

Just wondering if there's a convention for ending one thread, starting a new one...and figuring out who is where :) I was thinking maybe if our charas start taking territories and the like, we could mark where they are are on the map approximately?

I can't believe people actually joined and are playing. This is, like, win. I'm also really happy about the variety of characters we have. Welcome to all the new peoples!

So I have a few things to say. Which is what this community is for. So yay! List!

1. All y'all can use this community to plot and talk or leave notes for people who aren't online at the moment, so they have a chance to see them. This will also be the place where Modly Updates and Cool Things go. Because we all love Cool Things.

2. The User Info for esoteric_wild will be updated as regularly as it can be. Usually (hopefully) as soon as something crops up, like a new character or rule. For your convenience, the date of the change will be at the bottom of the info page.

3. The memories of this community will be updated as well, whenever something is posted.

4. The character limit has been changed from TWO to THREE. Because indulgence is sinful, and I'm already part of hellcon. XD
