I also wanted to propose a question. Obviously, the actors portraying Carlisle and Esme are not going to please everyone (myself included - but if their acting is good, I am okay). I still haven't found my personal perfect Carlisle, but I did find that out of any model or actress, Rachel McAdams comes closest to how I pictured Esme. What about you? Who looks most like how you picture them?

Okay, earlier today I went a bit insane and wrote a long reponse to this challenge/competition on who my favourite vampire is, and why. I thought I may as well share my Carlisle reponse. I'd love to hear your views on his character and any ways you agree/disagree with my perception of him.
