this community is ran by me, no7_withabullet, this is souly a layout and graphics community. everything i make is by the help of photoshop 7.0 and notepad. later on i will also post my resources for where i got my brushes, fonts, pictures ect. from. RULES: i'm not like a lot of those other crazy layout and graphic communities which make you credit until you pass out. NO i am not saying that you dont have to credit, you still HAVE to, but i'm not gonna make it a certain way you have to, just as long as its in your userinfo thats all i care about. linking back to here or promoting would be nice, but it isnt recquired. also if you have any questions i encourage you to leave comments. its just the easiest way i can get back to you, or if it is really urgent you can IM me on AIM at D0WN SET X G0. but lastly i just dont want any drama, no fighting, and i surely dont want to see my layous being distributed around other places, when you just alter the codes a little. if you would like to join just leave a comment on the first entry then press join on this page, an e-mail will be sent to me and i will accept you, (the only reason i do it this way is to see who joins, not to go crazy looking for credit, to be honest i only care if you credit my shit, any other peoples stuff you decide to steal isnt my business) PROMOS:
