I'm in the process of moving off of LJ and onto Dreamwidth, for the reasons discussed here, and the cool features detailed here. In short: in every way that LJ sucks (and has sucked for many a year now), Dreamwidth rocks.

I'm putting my response to the Dojinshi-ka's inbox letter from Tsukasa here for all to see.
While Tsukasa may have made a link that Erin didn't... there's one very obvious fact about the anime and Incognito that perhaps EVERYONE overlooked. Incognito's "master" is never pointed out... and I don't know if by the time Millenium was "announced" in the manga where in production the anime was and if they could include it at all.
Assuming that the Anime was beyond teh "insert Manga plot point so it can meld in later" point they left the issue of Incognito's master out of the picture... so it wouldn't be a stretch to say that MILLENIUM is and would be the brains behind Incognito's orders and the ones planting the chips and all that stuff that anoys us about the anime when compared to the manga.
Its like a "fill in massive gap in time" sort of thing... that I don't think there was ever a long enough gap in the manga to need to fill.
Anywho... thats my take on Incognito... has been for a while, though he still anoys the heck out of me. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Hi Erin **waves**.
I'll confess, I got out of the habit of reading Shine for several months, but thanks to ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) lavinialavender's recent post I went back to check it out. And I'm glad I did! I loved the arc with Jeeves and Wooster (Huge Laurie and Stephen Fry are very big in my household recently). Good job at imitating Wooster's writing voice, especially. Crowley and Aziraphale are also very big now (I mean, in my household, and also in my brain)-- so I'm excited to see them!
I also liked the thought you put into writing that strip about Heinkel's gender identity. If you're interested in reading a really good novel about an intersexed character, may I recommend "Middlesex" by Jeffrey Eugenoides. Took me a little while to get into it, but when I hit about the two-thirds point I could NOT put that book down until I was almost finished with it.

Hi Erin.
I just wanted to tell you how much I am really, really enjoying the current storyline for ASHN. Really. I haven't enjoyed a storyline so much since...I can't remember when. (Well, I actually really enjoyed the climax of pajamaed!Integra taking on the demon-Schro-thing, and Walter with Jeeves was pretty awesome too.)
But I am really enjoying this one. Ever since...a week ago, actually, last Monday's strip (just because it reaffirmed the practically-canon theory that they have a mental link-bond-thing), every update has made me really happy and excited. Crowley (and Aziraphale) is freaking fantastic. And oh man, Integra is going to beat Alucard later for even letting him grab her. I can't WAIT to see how Alucard gets her back and takes care of him.

I just want to say I love today's strip. And there's an icon for it.
(Also I just skimmed Drawing the Line, reading all the cartoons that had to do with Jon and Stephen and also one of the videos, and even though I didn't properly read it I want to say it's really clever how you mixed prose, cartoon, and video. Very original and well executed. And it was sweet and sexy, at the end, and also Stephen clutching that...jet...as he had all those thoughts was just TOO PERFECTLY AWESOME and also had some depth to it. Wow.)
Sorry, I guess this community is focused on ASHN, but it is loosely named. :P

I RECOGNIZE THAT.
Though I only saw the first part of Witch Hunter Robin ages ago. I kind of thought the main character girl was a Mary Sue, but Ah-mond (I so easily could look up how his name is really spelled, but I like doing it like that - it's how it's pronounced, obviously) was pretty cool. - Aha, and he has the same voice as Alucard, doesn't he? Only he's much more emotionless.
Okay, done rambling, I just had to say I KNOW THAT.
