I was SO embarrassed to find out that I was partially banned as I didn't finish my round from October - it didn't get past the sketch stage. I'm usually not an art deadbeat, but thank you Hollso for giving me Apollo instead. No internet is an awful, awful thing. I did this picture in colored pencil, and though I loved sketching it (except for the detail work on the designs), coloring it and thinking of a background ended up giving me more than the usual number of fits. I can generally pencil to my satisfaction, but anything beyond that makes me feel like a miserable failure. Grr. Anyway, enough of my frustrated ranting. I hope you find some enjoyment in the picture!

Hello, this has been a painful week for me with a sudden sinus infection. (My allergies are such, I will be hammered a few weeks until my immune system is down enough and sinuses plugged enough to get infected, then it starts all over again)
It's finally cleared up enough to try and finish the art I had already started for my month's chosen. It's a race against time since I have work today from 5PM and will not be home until about 2-2:30 AM.
If I am not completely done, I will post what I have as a place holder for the next day.

It's an all digital piece whereas the one I really wanted to do was a traditional work. I got your Aman this month and I had sooooo much fun with the colors :D I'm sorry he's looks more like an Arabian than a Kathiwari, which I really didn't even realize with the dished face until I started coloring, but I hope you still like it. I think these are the best wings I have drawn so far, since usually I struggle with them.
