english is to help students of English to improve their English skills. This doesn't so much apply to English native speakers, but much rather to native speakers of a language other than English.
Feel free to ask (and post) your questions about English as a second (third, fourth) language. Keep in mind that there are no stupid questions, so if you are hesitating to ask something (that relates to English), go ahead and ask anyway.

Remember, if your English is fluent already this community might not help you. However, English native speakers (or fluent speakers) are very welcome to assist the students of English to improve their language skills.
