Man is a peculiar creature. Sometimes it seems he is made of contradictions, hesitations and hopes.

We always hope for the better and when our hopes do not come true, it brings us great deal of disappointment. Therefore some of us try to look into our future to gain confidence in future happiness or scatter our hopeless dreams.

For some, astrology is a funny game; for others, it is a earnest tool to make future plans. I belong to the latter.

I am convicted, after studying astrology and teaching in esoteric school for more than ten years, seeing how Universe is being manifested in our lives, that any event that takes place here is being created above and only then manifests itself on Earth.

Any event can be described as a multidimensional matrix, just like honeycomb. Space bodies are filling the “honeycomb” with their energies, while men, with their different thoughts, emotions and actions, are distributing these energies withing the structure.

If we are unaware of this, distribution happens spontaneously, sometimes in an uncontrolled way and may lead to violence, disaster or catastrophe.

Making a forecast of possible outbreaks and terrorist attacks is not very difficult. Specifying an exact place is a more complicated issue. For example, an astrologist can predict whether it will be most dangerous to be on land, on the water or in the air, but specifying a bus station or an exact address is almost impossible.

Combinations of stars sometimes push societies into turmoil of war and terror. They have always being predicted by astrologers. Unfortunately, history knows examples of misuse of knowledge of planetary situations that was used to unleash wars and terror.

Today, when secret knowledge does not only belong to secret societies and schools but is open to all of us, we have a chance to deliberately participate in distribution of energies of space bodies in our lives.

Knowing principles of distribution, we can perform different actions that can prevent local and global conflicts. Result is stronger when more people participate.

For example, to take the power away from terrorists and use it in a different way, a carnival or similar event can be organized. What a carnival has to do with preventing terrorist attacks? People, acting on a certain “wave”, affect flows of energy and are able to redirect it in huge amounts. This can make unexpected difficulties for terrorists, like accidents, machinery failure etc. In other words, the energy would take an opposite direction – against terrorists.

I elaborated a method of astrological compensation and have been using it successfully for several years.

Today we can see that combination of stars in August-September 2006 is alarming. Patterns display extreme weather conditions, violence against children, technological dangers.

This complicated “program” will be active during August-September 2006 and will be temporarily strengthened by transits of Moon and the Sun (August 15, 22 and September 5, 11).

Trying to figure out which direction to head now so, I did a chakra reading... :

So, in order to keep healthy you need to maintain a positive and accepting attitude towards your deepest feelings and your sexuality. You need to accept your body as well as your emotions. If you have any blocks to doing this, you need to delve deeply into the reasons for this and unravel them. First, you need to acknowledge any underlying negative beliefs you may have about yourself, then affirm the positive beliefs which would be the opposite to those, and then become established in the new life-affirming beliefs.

I do energy work a lot. I am working at blind man's bluff. what does that mean? It means being able to feel things in the dark such as a wall before you hit it. Not by reaching out to touch but to feel the thickness of a stationary object in the dark. knowing if ther eis another life force in the room with me. It is immense fun along with a few bruises.
Some times I am even good at it. My night vision is decent but for this I close my eyes.

I'm gonna' ask you to tune in to what I am about to say...do your level
best to line up with this on a personal level...forget about all the
esoteric stuff for a minute, be yourself and step into that place inside
you where all the scientific and new age mumbo jumbo leaves you
dissatisfied to the core. I am addressing you here as a human being...a
regular Joe or Josephine...as one human to another. If you cannot relate
to my words in that context, this article will be a waste of your time
and energy...I'm not into wasting peoples time or energy...I don't have
room for that...neither do you and neither does anyone else. I'm not out
to impress...I'm here to relate to you one on one in simple human terms
because it's something we all need and it feels like it is dying. We are
on the verge of forgetting how to relate in this way and if we allow
that to happen something really really bad is going to swallow us down
whole. You don't know me from Eve but all the same I'm asking you to try
to trust me just a little on this because I know what I'm talking about.

If you think the world's in trouble now you aint' seen nothin'
yet...it's gonna' get way worse if we, as individuals, remain aloof to
our own personal humanness and allow that part of us to be consumed. If
you want to evolve, really evolve, to your highest potential as a
spiritual being, you must become really human. There is an innate art to
becoming human and collectively we are not cultivating that art. We are
allowing it to be neutralized without even knowing it. We look for
conspiracies and aliens...ways to save the world, save the whales, save
the rain forests...ways to make money, save money, spend money and while
we watch people on television eat bugs and bed hop we are actively
participating in a movement that is creating a hive rather than an
organism whose parts are thriving individuals. That's not evolution and
it won't get us up the ladder to mass ascension. It will destroy us.

Q What will eventually lead this world to mass ascension?
A Basics...starting with the evolution of the individual as a human,
and a sacred union between those individuals.

First, I'm not talking about the individual evolving as a crusading
world saver, light worker, superstar or top dog with money and power,
rather, the individual who sees through all of that and dares to live,
respond and act, with absolute purity of thought and motivation, from
their deepest and most dramatic emotional vulnerabilities, 24/7/365/52.

And second, the sacred union I speak of is not a bunch of people with
varying degrees of spiritual awareness focusing on ascension all at the
same time...nor is it some half baked sexual union used to activate some
latent power...it is a union between two people who see through those
illusions, who share realization, and who don't play games with their
selves, each other or anyone else...a union of two people who have
joined together so deeply and completely in body, soul, mind and heart,
that space and time cannot contain them or tear them apart.

Now, when it comes to creating a change in the collective consciousness,
get about 144,000 couples like that together...let them ponder what has
been revealed to them through the process of doing the personal work and
the shared work as a couple...and then...thenyou just might have a bona
fide hundredth monkey type shake up in the ethers that would be strong
enough to ripple into the physical plane and the day to day reality of
the masses.

If the number 144,000 rings a bell, I'm not surprised but I'm not going
into the details right now...at this point they aren't important...they
are brain candy and as such, distractions...we don't have time to
indulge in such things anymore. I've spent the better part of my life
translating files in the hall of records and the one thing that stands
head and shoulders above all the information in that hall, is the fact
that we are gorged on the knowledge of good and evil...so much so that
we have forgotten there were two trees in the garden.

If you've had your fill of the apple, clear a path from your own place
in the garden to the tree of life, climb up it and become one with the
pear....or should I say, pair (sorry, I just couldn't resist a little
play on words there). Get rid of the toxic weeds known as control, lust,
power and manipulation. For your own sake, for the sake of others and
for Heavens sake, stop perpetrating and participating in that crap.
Those things devour you from the inside and turn you into a hollow
shell.
Here's a little exercise to get you started:
For one entire day, preface every thought, action and interaction with
the following phrase spoken with silent humility in your mind...
The magic words are:
I want to be cherished.
Sound simple? I dare you to try it. It may not change the world, but it
WILL shift your awareness. If you make it a daily, moment by moment
practice, there will come a day when you look in the eyes of the person
who is getting in your face and you will hear yourself saying, "This
person just wants to be cherished too"...at that point, your world will
begin to transform and so will you.

So that's my story for today. It's short and sweet and I'm stickin' to
it.
Is there more that I'm not telling you? You bet!
Am I holding out to create an aura of mystery? Not on your life!
As Eleanor's father said to her on more than one occasion in the film
Contact..."Small moves Ellie, small moves"....who am I to argue with
such wisdom?
And as I said earlier..." You don't know me from Eve but all the same
I'm asking you to try to trust me just a little on this because I know
what I'm talking about"...but the most important thing of all, is that
you tune into your own essential human nature and follow your own heart
no matter what I or anyone else says. I'll leave it at that for now and
wrap this up by borrowing once again from the wisdom of Theodore Arroway
in the film Contact... "Just be your self".

first off id like to say, hello.
i just thought id post and say "hey" to everyone. I also had a few questions for anyone that might be able to answer them. First i should explain my backgrounds and experiences with energy, and qi. Ive been studying martial arts (tai chi, gung-fu, aikido) for sometime now, and im getting pretty deep into the energy side of it. i know of course there are different types of energy, and i would say i have an "okay" understanding of it considering im fairly young. we've mainly been working on the inner qi and applications there of, mainly for self-healing and health, etc. so far we havent done very many exercises or "techniques" on harnessing outside, or externaly. i was wondeering if anyone could give me any advice, or techniques, or just general info.

People doing energy but not admitting to it?

Sometimes I wonder...

Just how much of this goes on? People doing energy, but never admitting to it, and even acting ignorance on the matter. In fact, they probably ARE ignorant, or at least convince themselves they don't know anything about it.

You don't need to study at magic to use it, children can use magic and animals too (especially cats)... You just need to try hard enough over enough time. So them being ignorant of studying magic doesn't mean they can't use it.

I wonder, because I am experienced with magic. And there are so many things in MY life that I could not have got without doing a lot of energy.

Yet other people, who claim to be totally unmagical, get these things even better than I!!

I'm mostly thinking of people who stay very young despite their age.... I've had to do magic to acheive this, serious amounts of magic, devoting myself to this aim. People say I look 5 years younger than my age, but they really mostly say this when I'm doing enough magic to physically change myself to be so. And when my energy is low, I look much much older...

Yet other people get this without doing any energy???

It's not just physical life energy that I'm wondering if people don't admit to altering....

I've known a few "vampires". People who steal energy. i've known them to do it very very well.

I've known some who have done love spells on me, even. Ending up with me falling in love with totally the wrong person even though I know this is wrong. (Thankfully I'm now immune to this, this was a whole decade ago, when I wasn't good enough with magic to protect myself from this, but now I am strong with magic to protect me from love spells).

Some people have a certain prescence, even some business men! Sometimes I wonder if they have actually done magic to put themselves in a position in life to be powerful?? Simply because there is some kind of "air" about them that I detect...

And yet none of them admit to it.

It's really annoying. lol.

Magic stops working?

I've noticed something about using crystals, after a while of being constantly used passively, they stop working.

If I put them aside for a month or so, and then passively use them again, they work for a while again, before stopping.

It almost seems like there is some kind of "tolerance" to the energy like people get to drugs or alcohol.

By "using passively" I mean something like putting a crystal under your pillow while sleeping, and not actually putting energy into the crystal. Or just keeping a crystal near you and not doing anything with it.

If I put my own energy into the crystal, it keeps working, but that's a whole different matter, because my own personal energy never gets tolerant to itself. My own energy works as long as I try to generate the energy.

I have some materials which actually *Generate* energy, from www.planet-tachyon.com, and I get the same thing with them too. After a while it seems like I can't feel them anymore. Although I do get protective use from them (they stop me getting certain physical pains), I don't feel the energy after a while. Whereas at the start, it felt like such amazing strong good magic running through me.

Anyone else experienced this? Anyone else got any insight on this?

Many of us are interested in lucid dreaming and astral projection. And we search ways to make them more controlled, more useful and more awared.
Here I introduce a method which could give approximately the same results as dreaming, but more quicker and reliable. I don’t claim than it is the best method and it still underconstraction. It is not absolutely new and unique – but not well known. I think it is interesting for many people.

The key ideas of it are:
1. Imagination and common night dreaming are approximately the same function of brain. The difference between them is in brightness and control. Dreams are brighter, but less controlled.
2. Everything you could reach in dreams, you could reach in imagination too.
3. The quality of information you obtain does not depend weather it was dreaming or imagination. It is another mechanism.

4. The deeper you go in imagination (walking in some landscape, for example) the closer it is to dreaming. Pictures became brighter and more stabile. In term of psychology it could be called visual trance.
5. The best results could be obtained then the imagination is produced together with another person. One control process, and one – see. It is impossible while dreaming.
6. The imagination could be passive and active. Passive is then you command it. Active is then you let it be and let it show you what it wants. Originally the “active imagination” was developed by Joung in order to replace dreams analyze of Froid.
7. Each session of active imagination begins from inviting “inner teacher”, spiritual teacher” or “angel” which helps person to go inside and protect him.

I did around 100 sessions to different people mostly with good results and without damage.
The most difficult condition here is to find another person, in who you trust and who agree to help you. And now how. But most people can do A.I. themselves – but it is 10 times weaker.

Here is an instructions for making A.I.

1. Take a responsibility on your self. You are a source of everything in your life.
2. Find quiet place for an hour, switch off the phone and so one. Don’t do it in your bed – you could easily go to sleep. Think about a question you have to the spiritual teacher, or your goal. To have pleasure is a good goal. (Do not expect that past lives will be pleasent if you choose them)
3. Make an image of the see beach and imagine that you are there. Look all around, imagine sounds, clothes and so on. Don’t care about the quality of the picture. It will gradually improve by itself. Some people are very visual and the immediately see the picture. Some people will have only mental images of the landscape. It is not a big difference! It is like a difference between color and BW TV. The message will be the same. Don’t force the images to be like something, but allow them to be as they want.
4. After you get an image of the see beach, walk there for a while. It could take from 1 minute to 30, but 5-10 minutes are usually enough.
5. Invite your teacher in this place. You could imagine a figure coming to you from the distance. Then the teacher came, thanks him and ask his name and his function in your life. In order to receive answers you could make question, and then make your mind calm and wait for any thought in your mind to appear. !!!! If you don’t like anything you met or you don’t no what to do, just command yourself to return back to reality.
6. When the teacher came, ask him (or her!) what he wants to say you before you start.
7. Ask your question. And get the answer or go these a teacher to the specific place. Possible destinations: source of love, source of healing energy, past live, future, source of enlightenment, machine of remote viewing, meeting with dead and other teacher. Believe your feelings, and never do what you don’t want to do.
8. After you feel you are finished thanks the teacher again and say yourself to remember all and feel good and go out.

It is better to write down everything soon – you will remember better. I like to get such recalls and publish the anonymously in this LJ.

There are reasons that I do not do some things. With the current copy of the magazine known as the kindred came a CD of something called "the Human Design System". Curious I popped it in and played with it. Of course it is not complete as it was free. Very few things peg me right as the time of my birth is only a guestimation. there is not record of it. The birth certificate has no time. My mom guesses between 11pm and midnight. *sigh* Still this thing had me down enough to scare me. WOW. I have a map of me...sort of. I have always known I was odd but gee seeing it in words on the screen and picture is ....The funny thing is that well...it is not a matter of being an empath anymore. Oh if the Psionic people could see this. *shaking head* It makes sense. I still have to understand it better before I can be impressed. It had me down as a Manifester Generator. Big words *grin* Basically it means I can drum up a nifty charge when I need it and have excellent reflexes. Ok that is not the map but my short hand version. I carry heat all the time...I carry a static charge all the time. I make things work when I need them to work. Yeah I know there are lots of folks out there who can do the same. So what. Oh I don't think I am special or anything. But when something so new age can pin things about me that I don't talk about it sort of gets my attention. So now I have to figure out what I am looking at. *sigh*
Ok that and meditation...I do it in the dark...no distractions. little to no light. and I zone. except this time I did not. I was tingling all over. Not heat exactly but my arm hairs were standing on end. How can I tell in the dark? Remember I carry a static charge. I held up my arms and they were alive with white spots jumping all over and around My arms looked and felt fuzzy. They began to lose shape and I had to stop looking at them. but out of curiosity I looked down my shirt and was relieved to find no spots or anything but as I continued to stare my torso turned black and those spots appeared in a highly agitated state. It felt as though I were building up a charge. I began to lose form. *shaking head* Ok so I got a tad spooked and got up. I am revved up to run....No I know better than to try it. I have learned to control my breathing and my heart rate but this is different. All I know how to do is ground it. It makes a very good point when you ground into a person. I have done it twice. It is not nice. They did deserve it however and that was a long story. It is painful for them. If you take a static charge and touch a person they feel it some times you can even see the sparks. When you run a current it is different. When you tell me you can take any thing I can dish out be aware of what you are asking for. One of those two was such an experiment I nearly burned him out. The other time was well...never mind. I suppose this new toy sparked my interest. I think I will have to play with it more but I always end up taking a shower. Else I become restless with pent up energy.
Yes I experiment a lot. Some of it unwise as I learn soon enough. Thank goodness I have excellent reflexes.

Hello Everone,
If a name is at all important,mine is Marie.And I have great interest in learning as much information about energy or the magnetic force created from our inner/centered being...I know that over years my sense for outside forces has become keen,still very immature,but there are instances that my 'senses' have proven themself.
For example;
When someone from my past [someone I had an intense relationship with]speaks to me,I can be almost certain in predicting the amount of time it will be until' our next meeting.
There have other instances,like dreaming of a certain event and then the event happening...

My basic interests are:aura reading,energy impacted by earth [incl.astrology],becoming more aware of my energy force as well as others by any means or 'technique'.

I am also a moderate practicianer of meditation..

Is anyone having problems sleeping lately, and strange dreams?

Not last night, but the two nights before, I have been waking up about 6 times, and having strange dreams that i cannot remember. Normally i can remember my dreams. Many other people on my friends list are also having problems sleeping, and or unremembered dreams. Strangely tho, i'm not tired, but quite refreshed.

When i speak to guides/higher self, it tells me to 'be patient' and 'you'll see, don't make any decisions/choices atm'

really feels like something is brewing.. an air of expectancy.. anyone else picking up on the same things?

last night i was meditating in my bed with my amethyst crystal that my friend brought back from india for me. i had it placed on my base chakra and had my hands on my solar plexus area doing reiki. i usually do reiki through the crystal but i felt like changing things up a bit. i was listening to medulla by bjork. its an amazing album, especially with headphones. so about 30 min into the meditation i was feeling nice and relaxed and somewhere else when i felt a total release in my solar plexus-base area. it felt like a bubble rising to the surface and then i felt completely different. i felt like i was in a fuzzy intensely blue cocoon floating in nothingness. my lip was buzzing like crazy (see last post) and (not kidding it just started again right now as i'm writing this!) joined in with the flow of blueness if you get what i mean. i've been to this state before, of floating in nothingness with colors and such but it felt like i had gone up (or down?) a level. i felt especially "in tune" last night and was aware of my entire body at once without having to "scan" each part of it. this is a new thing for me, something i have been trying to attain but just haven't til now. its like every time i meditate i can go deeper and deeper (if i want to). i realized this very early on in my practice with meditation but i can never seem to predict what the next move will be, its always a pleasant surprise, always an opening and awakening experience. :)

i have an odd question that possibly one of you can answer, or help me figure out. for the past week i have had this tingling sensation come and go in my upper lip, right in the middle in the dent under my nose. its not a muscle spasm, as i know all too well what that feels like. its just a tingling/buzzing feeling about an inch across and an inch tall. i don't know at all what it is or why it has just appeared like this. its interesting and it is not painful in any way. any ideas? thx.

i just joined the community. my name is kevin and i live in quebec city, canada. i was attuned to reiki 1 year ago, i am still a level 1 right now. i was introduced to reiki and energy work when i was about 14 or 15 years old (i'm 22 now) though i didn't really feel personally drawn to it at that time. i was introduced to it by some friends who were attuned. i went through a serious illness about two years ago now which left me paralyzed for several months, but i have since recovered and have all of my mobility back, but have some numbness left in my feet. this was a very hard thing to go through and i have never been through so much physical, emotional and mental pain in my life.during the time i was paralyzed my cousin came to give me reiki quite a few times. also another woman, who was a "physiotherapist" came to work on me energetically. i did not expect it but i sensed (i felt strong energy flowing from her hands) what she was doing and mouthed to her (i was on a ventilator so i could not speak) if that was what she was doing. she said yes, i smiled and relaxed because i totally believed in what she was doing. to this day i have never felt someone with such strong energy. between my cousin and this woman i received quite a bit of healing energy and i consider it as a big part of why i recovered so quickly. it took me a year after i had begun recovering to get to the point where i was ready to really "go back" to the time when i was ill (i blocked a lot of it out) and figure out what i had learned and what had been the strongest points that stuck out to me about why i had become ill. i came to the conclusion quite quickly that i wanted to be attuned to reiki as i felt it had been an important part of my recovery and because i felt an affinity with healing, i want to help others. i had been told by several people in the spiritual/healing community where i grew up that i was bound to be a healer as well so this only reinforced this idea. i also realized that everything that had happened in my life had led up to me being symbolically "paralyzed" which i feel helped to create this illness in me. so i am now attuned to reiki. i also meditate on a somewhat regular basis (about 4 or 5 times a week if not every day). i have spent the past year really getting myself in tune with my own energy and the energy and cycles around me. i mostly do reiki on myself but i also do it on my companion of three years once in a while. i should also mention that i would never change what happened to me. it has made me a stronger, more positive and much much much more grounded person. i would not be who i am today if i hadn't gotten ill. plus it has created and strengthened lifelong bonds with many people.
on another note i have been working with a cree woman named morningstar. she is an energy worker and shamaness. she is probably many more things but to put a title to them all is really not necessary. i have a good sense of people and know deep down in my bones that she is a trustworthy and beautiful person. she has helped me discover a few things about myself, mostly through speaking with her and by analyzing certain meditations and visions i have had. after much thought she let me know that she believes me to be a shaman as well. this was quite shocking to me. i had considered this myself on certain occasions, that there was the possibility, but i never determined it myself. i know that many people are negative about this issue and do not like it when people call themselves shamans, especially in western society. it has all been said before and i won't spend time defending myself here. i am young and have not had much experience with this but i know that one needs special training from another shaman to become a shaman. at least this is what i have been led to "believe". i have not received this training obviously but know it will come in the future in some way shape or form. when that time comes, i will be ready. in the meantime i hold this "title" close to my heart and as i always say, time will tell. we'll see.
so thats about it for now, just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. i hope to get a few comments and maybe make some friends in the comm who are likeminded and enjoy these sorts of things. i have much more to say but i would go on forever. hope you've read this far.

I have a question concerning energy focus. I've recently been practicing the japanese reiki (Nentatsu-ho and Seiheki Chiryo-ho). So far it has worked in the healing of myself after surgery and also migraines. Sometimes during energy focus on myself, astral projections follows. Not a problem because i've been projecting for some years now.

Last night though, I decided to do energy work on myself since I was feeling feverish and chilly for a few days...(felt like I was having the flu). Anyway, something very strange happened while focusing energy from my feet and going through my entire body. The usual vibrations occurred, but I suddenly felt a piercing, throbbing pain in my knee. (I have no injuries to my knee, and i'm far from being old....no arthritis problems etc.)... so it took me by surprise). It stopped, then started again, on and off every few minutes. It continued like that for a period of half an hour. The pain was very sharp, as if I was pierced with a large metal object. (I even wondered if someone had a voodoo doll and sticking it with pins in the knee, yes I was that freaked out about it). Anyway I finally fell asleep when the pain ceased, and woke up this morning, no pain in the knee whatsoever....oh and I now have no more fever or chills...it seems the flu bug has left my body.

Does anyone know what could have caused this to happen?

I'm a first-time poster to this community. I live in the UK and am a psi who specialises in ki energy control and shamanism.

I have been training for the past 11 years and feel a deep sense of protective duty to this world. I have thus passed my knowledge on to naturally talented students who, upon graduating, have decided that they do not want to use their abilities to help the world after all (one became a writer and the other decided that if the world was ending he'd rather spend his last moments in the arms of his partner).

I can't say I blame them really though, as being a warrior and sacrificing your wants and needs for a greater good can be a hard and lonely life. I was interested if anyone else in this community feels a similar obligation to humankind and if they have also found ir difficult to recruit fellow defenders.

I am a bodywork therapist from montreal, canada, who has been practicing chi kung for 7 yeras, and had an interest in energetics as far back as high school. I have had many interesting and at times unbelievable experiences working with energy, and now work professionally in a field that specialises in the link between the body's energy flow, personal health, and spiritual well being (if a separation between spiritual, mental and physical health can be made). I have seen some amazing and miraculous things happen, and am excited by the prospects of joining a community that has these things as its basic premise.

Some times when I research an item I have strange thoughts come to mind. I find that I not only absorb information when I read but I also see pictures...feel sensations of change in the process. It is not as in desire to become but a natural process much like remembering. I can recall how it feels to be cut. I can recall how it feels to run on all fours. The list goes on. I can get absorbed into say...a vampire movie and actually feel phantom fangs things like that. Perhaps a vivid imagination is the culprit. I find such sensations intriguing to say the least. I can watch a bird fly and become it though I have not left the ground...In that I mean I feel the energy being used to flap the wings or the way the wind feels under me. Vertigo happens when I get too involved. Which is real and which is imagination do you think?
