| Welcome to Elua's Children, a fanfic community for Jacqueline Carey's "Kushiel's Legacy" (Kushiel's Dart, Kushiel's Chosen, Kushiel's Avatar, Kushiel's Scion and Kushiel's Justice). Everyone's welcome to join and post their fic, so long as they follow a few easy rules: |
| RULES |
1. No pimping other communities here. Period. We're here for the fic.
2. On that note, ALL POSTS MUST BE FIC. Also period. There's a lot of other communities for either RPing or discussion. We are here for the sweet, sweet fic. It's insane how many times I have to repeat this.
2a. In fact, check out our affiliate, ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) kushiel_trilogy, for everything BUT fic.
3. Post each fic with at least a brief header-- that's rating, pairing, and warnings minimum. Between the Night Court, the nobility and Phèdre, there's a lot of kinky stuff going on; best to warn people first. Also, author, title and a brief summary wouldn't be bad.
4. There's no rating limit--I mean, have you read the books?--but put everything dubious behind an LJ-cut. That's everything kinky and/or over a PG-rating. If you don't know how, the FAQ answer is here.
5. The pairings have to be people from Carey's world. No crossovers. They don't have to be D'Angeline--Serenissimans, Skaldi and Albans are all good, for example--but keep them all from Carey's world.
6. Any permutation of het, (femme)slash or gen is acceptable. The D'Angelines don't mind and neither do we.
