Welcome to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) elite_moods, a place where you can find pretty mood themes for your lj. Membership is closed, so if you wish to post you must fill out our application form after reading the rules. If you wish to simply view the moodthemes, just friend the community.

1. Do not be bitchy/disrespectful at us if you don't get accepted or for any other reason.
2. Post only mood themes. Icons or other graphics are not accepted.
3. Do not crosspost here if your original entry is locked.
4. If you get accepted, follow our posting format: post a teaser with 4 moods only and all the rest under a cut. Fake cuts are allowed as long as you follow rule #3.
5. When making your application comment, add Morose as a title so we can know you read all the rules. Applications that don't have that as subject will be rejected.
6. Tag your entries please! Tag them with the mood theme's subject name simply, nothing else is needed. In case your mood theme is based on a character, do not add the character's name as tag but the show/movie the character is from.

Please do not comment on the maintainers' personal ljs with your questions/doubts. If you have any, comment on our application post. Also, don't start leaving 100 comments if your application isn't reviewed in the same day. We'll reply to your application in the max of 2 weeks.
