Aboutthis is a community for people who are practicing Elimination Communication with their babies, or those who want to know more about it.
Elimination Communication (EC) is also known as Infant Potty Training, Trickle Treat, and Natural Infant Hygeine. It is the practice of paying attention to your babies' natural signals to know when they need to go pee or poop, and then helping them to do so *not* in a diaper. Some people choose to use diapers as backup, and some choose to not use diapers at all.
