The last days of the year 2006 were quite busy and bustling. That's why I never had the chance to post these two paintings that were the christmas presents for my parents. They both are fans of Art Nouveau and of the two cities I tried to impersonate with Mucha-like women: Paris and Venice.

Actually I should work on the christmas presents for my parents... it just didn't work.

I watched the movie "Marie Antoinette" on Tuesday. It was a wonderful evening, and the movie inspired me a lot.

Fabien is a RPG character. I worked on the drawing during October, I never found enough time to finish it, it's a stressfull time at the moment. I tried some new things with Painter and Photoshop.

This piece of art was commissioned by ariadne1 as an illustration for ttfs' fanfiction "Of Debts and Debt Collection" which is on fanfiction.net.

It's so far the most detailled piece of art I've done and I'm very happy with it. I spent one and a half week on the coloration and some months until I finally had the right idea.
I should tell more about the drawing process but... well... I'm exhausted. XD

This is for the AU challenge in omniocular. I loved this prompt: Complete gender reversal.
It's just a funny game to imagine the new constellation but I enjoyed it a lot. :)

Today I tried something new. A more realistic style. I used a photo from a male model as a reference for the face but as I hoped Julian does not look like the model.
I spent half of the day with it and I'm surprised how much I like the effect of a certain reality.
He is an original character for an role play game I started yesterday.
