WTII WELCOMES THE THOUGHT CRIMINALS…
We are excited to announce a new addition to the WTII family, The Thought Criminals.

The Thought Criminals was formed in South London, UK in 2004 when programmer/musician Kirlian Blue and vocalist/frontman Rocky Goode, set out to form a band that would blend early 80's dark electronic music with the more modern alternative dance music of today. The duo worked feverishly on their concept and then enlisted the help of famed dance producer Tony Messenger and mixer Robb Henry to tie the album together. Their debut single (I'm Gonna be a) Celebrity was released in the fall of 2006 and provided the first glimpse of the bands' abilities and showcased their potential of what lied ahead. The follow-up single My Baby's a Suicide Bomber, continued to build momentum and set the stage for the bands Tongue and Cheek /Sci-fi /80's stoked Electro Punk themed debut, Die Young: Stay Pretty.

7:32 pm - GOTEKI ARE REFORMING

robotochan
Hi Guys,

We wanted to let you know that as of August 2008, Goteki will be reforming. We're very excited to be resurrecting the band, and are already working on new material.

The decision came after a charity reunion gig we played earlier this year - it made us realize how much we love performing the songs. Plus our new band Lamorna was starting to sound more and more like Goteki, so the decision was easy.

So far the confirmed line-up is me, Ross Tregenza ( who you may know as Sneaky ) on synths and vocals, and Alastair Power ( aka Ali-Star of Goteki / Lamorna ) on Bass. We'll be looking to expand the band out with either veteran Goteki stars or new musicians as time goes on.

We are currently compiling a 'best of' collection of everything so far, plus outtakes, remixes and live versions that'll appear on iTunes, and a new EP 'Santa Muerte' which we plan to release this winter.

Check out http://www.myspace.com/goteki for more news.

Ross, Goteki
