In order for the community to run smoothly, it's very important that you read ALL of the following rules. any rules that are broken could result in you getting banned from the community, so please take a minute to read them below:
1. You may request icons, but please try to keep it down to 3 times a week.
2. Do not post any less than 3 icons. Posting 1 at a time is pointless.
3. When posting more than 3 icons or large graphics, put them behind an LJ-Cut <*Lj-cut*> words <*/lj-cut*> (remove the stars)
3b. Also when requesting use the below form. All requests not using this form will be deleted.
Type Of Graphic (icon, header, background etc...):
Pictures (URLS):
Size (in pixels):
Text (what do you want it to say?):
Font (pixel? script? a specific one? size?):
Colors (of text or just the "theme" etc...):
Effects (this is mainly for icons):
Anything Else:
4. Absolutely NO STEALING. some members may not require you to give credit, that's fine, but do not take any graphics and claim you made them. This will result in a warning and a 24 hour period to credit the respectful user. Otherwise you will be banner from el_jay_icons and placed on the wall of shame.
5. Please check the community before asking questions. There are many LJ help communites, just do an interest search for them. *If it doesn't have to do with icons, it doesn't belong here.* For "how-to" guides please visit ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) icon_tutorial, don't ask "how do you do this effect" here. It will just be deleted.
6. Moderator's have the right to delete/reject any post. If your post disappears, read the rules to find out which one you didn't follow and repost your entry correctly. Please do not make a post just to ask what happened to your entry, it will be deleted.
