WHO, WHAT AND WHY;
Who is your favorite Egyptian historical figure and why? It's always been Nefertiti, because last year in my Art class for college, we dedicated an entire section of the course to Egyptian art, and figures and paintings of Nefertiti were some of the dominant ones. Her history is just so interesting and I loved learning about it.
Who is your least favorite Egyptian historical figure and why? If I had to choose, I might say King Tut. It's not that I'm disinterested, it's just that I've learned about him every single year since 5th grade and I've gotten tired of learning the same stuff over and over again.
What is something you'd change about the world and/or where you live? Why? The world needs to be a less judgmental place. We need to be more open minded to new things and concepts. People have this mentality that everything can only be one way or the other.
What's something you look for in a friend, partner and/or relationship? The one thing I look for above all else is respect. And this goes for absolutely any relationship. I will not speak to a person if they don't respect me for who I am. I do not want to be judged before someone knows me.
What are your thoughts on love, friendship and family? Why do you feel this way? Well, for love, I think it's everything. Whether it's between friends, family, or an actual committed relationship. Love is one of the main things that keeps me grounded. Friends are the most important thing in my life, they know me better than I know myself, and that's important because I tend to have days where I lose myself completely and my friends are the only ones who can bring me out of them. Family, well, they're the most important thing to me too. They're always there for me no matter what I do.
