regarding Mai's shopping service
So after reading the post http://community.livejournal.com/egl/10 665826.html
I e-mailed Mai, thanking her for the many services she offered,
and that we will miss her dearly.
Few hours ago, I got a reply from her. This is somewhat good news:
First of all, she is truly sorry about the delays since the holidays.
Invoice delays have been since December.
While she is trying to get these done ASAP (ex: cutting down her sleep hours)
there is only so much she can do, as this is her one-man show.
She is truly sorry, and hopes everyone will be able to wait a bit longer.
Also, in order to improve and speed up the services she can offer,
from now on she will be mainly taking shopping-service orders. (ex: buying from webshops, etc)
This way, she feels she does not have to have people wait (or be worried about delays) for auctions, and she recommends larger companies for the auction services.
But, regardless of possible delays and such (since shes the only person doing this),
if you would still like to ask her for auction services
she will be happy to do those as well (as she put it, "please e-mail me 'secretly'!")
edit: this means, don't be freaking out and sending her 49376 e-mails a week to see if she bid on your item. if you NEED something bid on, find another auction service.
Again, she is very sorry about the delays from December, and is currently working on them.
Hope that wasnt too TL;DR
