[ Akihiko enters the dorm as quietly as he can, head down, mouth slightly open as he tries to regain his breath. It's still early enough on this Sunday morning that the dorm's rather still, and the couches look empty as he beelines for the towel and water bottle he left out before going for his run.

He drains half the water bottle before wiping the towel over his face and the back of his neck, though it's only a temporary solution before he goes and showers. He's about to take another drink when Koromaru emerges and sits in front of Akihiko, looking up at him with ears back and whining softly. ]

Hey, Koro. Did you want to come along with me? [ Koromaru lowers his head and whines again. ] Don't look at me like that. ...C'mon, I'll give you some of my breakfast to make up for it.

It was around dusk and the young man could be found standing just inside the doorway of the large, sprawling building. The leafless trees made for an eerie backdrop, accentuated by the nipping cold that danced around them, shaking the bare bones of the thin branches. It was the perfect time of year for this adventure and at the same time, the worst. For many, it was something that was only wistful thinking but for those few strong at heart, these evening encounters of a select few where the things a wet dream was made of.

Slung over his shoulder was a bag that contained several different instruments, each one with a specific use and meaning. If they were going to be successful at this, he hoped he had brought the right equipment. After all, it wasn't often the caretaker of the property opened it up for anyone, let alone for someone to spend an entire night amongst the decaying walls and history-enriched floors.

Even back in it's hayday the place had dark whispers swirling about it - whispers about doctors performing illegal experiments among those doomed to reside there and mentions of gruesome neglect from the nursing staff. But none of it had ever been proved - or disproved. A fire ravaged the old records but rumour has it that some charred pieces still remain, coated in dust and silently rotting away.

"Ready?"

[ There's a sixteen year old singing to herself as she walks down the street. ] It's the wrong time. She's pulling me through; it's a small crime, and I got no excuse~

[ it's fall now, which meant the inevitable and somewhat dreaded arrival of school and colder weather. toby wraps his scarf -- a christmas present from his little sister, bree -- around his neck, casting a grin over at his companion as they strolled along, content to be in each other's company. ]

Didn't think it'd get this cold this fast... that's east coast weather for you. Hey, want to get something to drink?

[ Even as he locks the door behind him, Exa doesn't know what to expect. The click of the bolt seems to jolt through his fingers and straight to his heart. Every nerve is on alert.

This could go well...or terribly. Either way, as he turns towards the two women now standing in his apartment, Exa's pretty sure that he's losing control of the situation. ]

Mmmmm yaisssss, it seems many here are in dire need of an operation...Or perhaps a haircut? I better fetch my examining tools hmmmm yais.

[ aka murderous rampage ]

[ Trucy's in her school uniform as the door practically bangs open. ] I'm home! Miss me?

[ Dino is slumped over the bench just outside the academy, he's fine but unusually still. His arm is loosely wrapped in bandages, red and swollen from the latest addition to his sleeve. He's obviously not very happy about it but it's still too sore to move or do much of anything. ]

[ it's late evening in the inaba region, and after receiving a note in her school locker earlier, she's met up with a certain kanji tatsumi in front of the tatsumi textiles. naoto herself looks a little worn out. ]

Kanji-kun... I must admit, your original proposal to arrange a meeting area here for the two of us alone has left me rather perplexed. Just what is the meaning of this...?

[Here's Ange walking at a quick pace down a pretty crowded street. She briefly glances over her shoulder to see if she's still being followed; after seeing that it's in fact the case, she turns around a corner and enters the first store she finds. She mumbles to herself.]

They sure are persistent today...

[ It's crowded in the streets today, the people are busily throwing up decorations for the new festival to be held. A small white-haired boy marches by wide-eyed, enchanted by the brightly colored streamers. ] They're really going all-out huh Gare-

[ He spins around, it looks he got a little swept up in the crowd. ] Gareki?
