AboutHello and welcome to our community for fans of the Edmonton Oilers. Whether you're a die-hard from the glory days or you weren't even born the last time the Cup was paraded down Jasper Ave, any and all fans and admirers of the Oilers -- past and present -- or just of hockey in general, are invited to join us.

A few things to please keep in mind:
1) Please keep postings on the subject of hockey, preferably relating to the Oilers. Introductions are fine, since one of the goals of this community is to meet fellow fans, but try to keep off-subject topics to a minimum.
2) If posting a picture or an extra long rant, please be considerate of your fellow members' friends page and put it behind a LJ cut.
3) Spirited debate is absolutely permitted and encouraged (this IS hockey, after all) but rude or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, not from fellow Oilers fans or supporters of the opposition. Let's try to keep things friendly, please, so we can all have a good time.
