| About: | I started this community because I want to meet some other locals who love writing. People i can chat to about it, share advice and stories with, and perhaps meet up with every now and then for a drink, or two. So if you love writing and live in Edinburgh or the surrounding area, then please join. You can share tips, markets, competitions, rant about things that are stressing you out, boast about achievements, anything to do with writing really. I would prefer that you didn't post stories/chapters of novel, though. This isn't a critique community, there are plenty of those, it is more a place to chat/rant about writing. However you can post an extract from a story/novel of yours that you may have out and want to share. We definetly want to hear about your successes! Feel free to make an intro post telling us who you are, what you like to write, some of your successes, what writers you admire, that sort of thing :) | |
