I wrote this months ago and promptly forgot it existed, and then dug it up again a few days ago. It's a birthday fic...I'm not entirely sure why I wrote it in the perspective that I did, but it sure as heck was fun. Title: Events on the Night of the King’s Birthday, As Witnessed By Thaddeus Marze, Secretary and Record-Keeper of Figaro Castle Fandom: Final Fantasy 6 Pairing: Edgar/Locke. Hello everyone, maintainer!RyRy here. This is kind of a reminder that Edgar Roni Figaro's birthday is on August 16th. That's 11 days, people. Now, why am I reminding you of this? Because what, I ask you what better occasion is there to contribute to the fandom? Huh? It's the guy's birthday! I think we should band together and create an offering to the fanfiction/fanart/web graphics world and spam the hell out of this community on the 16th. Because, seriously, do you think Locke could pass up the chance to do kinky borderline dangerous romantic disgustingly sappy sweet ANYTHING to Edgar on that day? The fandom seriously needs more representation out there, and I think this will be a great opportunity to expand. If you guys are good enough, maybe I'll throw together a webpage for it. I guess I should introduce myself, too. ^_^ I'm Brie and though FFVI wasn't the first Final Fantasy game I played, it's very near to being my favorite of all the ones they have released so far. I love all the characters and writing for them. My all-time favorite male FF character is, naturally, Locke Cole. XD And my favorite female is Aeris/th Gainsborough (who is, consequently, from my favorite game). I like Locke paired with Edgar (elsewise I wouldn't be here, ne? ^~), and many others. ... the poor man. But anyway. This is a drabble I wrote for ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) bikun when I posted the offer up on my other journal ( chryskitty). It's a humor piece because I got the most scandalous line out of her. ^_~ ... and I know I said I wouldn't post this, but I fear I may never have anything else to contribute to this community, so I may as well post 'em if I've got 'em. [Fic] The Burden of the Crown
Hi, all. ^_^ Let's get the intro done with, since I'm terrible at it. I'm Mina Lightstar, and I've been into Final Fantasy since the very first game. My favorite game in the series has always been FF6, and for some reason, Locke Cole is my favorite FF character. And, of course, I love him paired with Edgar (and others, but let's not go there here.) Um... here, have fic. I wrote this for chryskitty because she asked me to, and it took me this long to actually post it publically because I'm a lazy sod I forgot I was busy with RL.
