ed_seriously are here to offer support to those suffering from eating disorders. This is a mature
and educated environment, and we offer help to all those who need it.
This community is FRIENDS ONLY, the member acceptance process
is not difficult, but there is one. All you need to do in order
to post, comment, and become part of our awesome family is
leave a comment telling us a little about yourself on the first
post inside the journal. We are not here to judge you; we just
want to make sure that you're a person who can express him or
herself coherently, and that you're not a troll.
Intro Posts Go Here!
1.) Please lock all posts to "friends only."
-This will keep our community closed to annoying/mean/stupid
people, and allow everyone the privacy to post and comment
as they please.
2.) No asking for/giving tips and tricks on how to develop an ED,
asking people to fast with you.
-Nothing pisses me off more. I shouldn't have to explain why.
4.) No using "ana" or "mia". These aren't cute and cuddly pets,
they're diseases. Furthermore, none of this "think thin" bullshit.
All of those ana mantras have no place here.
5.) All potentially triggering material needs to be put behind a cut. Different shit triggers different people, just use your common sense. We're not Nazis here.
If you violate these rules, chances are your post will be deleted.
In most circumstances you will not be banned on a first offence--hey,
we all make mistakes. But if you repeatedly act like an idiot, say
stupid stuff, or make other community members feel uncomfortable,
then we don't want you around. It's as simple as that.
