Bird's Eye Steamfresh

These are sooo good. You just pop the whole bag in the microwave for five minutes and they come out perfectly steamed. There's lots of different veggie mixes.

To give you an idea, the "Mixed Vegetables" (corn, carrots, peas, green beans) is:
60 calories per serving
4 servings per bag

half?? perhaps i could use skim or a splash of 1%. or crown it with fat-free redi whip. god, i am a fat girl at heart.

thanks!

Dannon Light And Fit replacement.

I just discovered that Dannon Light and Fit isn't vegetarian. What is the lowest calorie/lowest fat vegetarian yogurt you know of?

Someone recommended Stonyfield but that has 140 calories for 6 oz which is way too many for that amount. I bought some Wegman's yogurt today that is fat free and 80 calories for 6 oz. I looked at a bunch of kinds and I couldn't believe how many of the low fat and fat free ones weren't vegetarian. I think Wegman's was the only one I could find.

EDIT: It has gelatin in it which is not vegetarian. I do not mean vegan.

EDIT #2: I want a dairy yogurt that does not contain gelatin. Gelatin is not vegetarian, dairy yogurt is not vegan. This means I want a vegetarian yogurt.

dressing.

For two years, I've been addicted to this dressing. No hydrogenated oils, aspartame, or sucralose. 35 calories for two tablespoons, although I typically only use half of that. And it's sooo delicious.
