    like.... whoa
so i signed up for this daily love tarot thing... not really thinking much of it
this was my tarot for today (friday)
The Ten of Swords card suggests that everything's over but the tears. Whether it's tears of sorrow or joy is a matter for you to decide. When the last straw falls, you might finally reconcile a painful past that could exist more in your head than in reality. Regardless of where the fear lies, its effect on your love life is still valid and powerful. The impact of letting memories keep you down may be severe, especially if you roll over and play dead. All good and bad things must come to an end. This might be the time for you to learn to let go of old wounds, heartbreak and injustices that could be hurting or controlling your relationships. The ensuing release, relief or liberation that arrives after this key realization can leave you free to begin again and undertake a new chapter in your relationship or love life.

I really really need an icon with Paul Dinello. I don't suppose anyone of my Friends has made one already that I could use? ;)
I mean, I could make one myself but...they usually don't turn out as good as I want them to. :P

    On a lighter note
after my hysterics today i felt the need to cheer myself up
and i found out that Mtv is doing a remake of Rocky Horror set to be release or aired or whatever halloween 2009
so my roomate marjory and i started coming up with people that both we would enjoy and mtv is likely to cast.. not just people we think are awesome (hence some of the casting ideas)
Brad : lead singer of the Killers (something or another flowers)
    Janet: Kelly Clarkson
Riff Raff: Ludacris (bear with me it gets better)
    Magenta: Queen Latifa
    Eddie/dr scott: David Cook
Columbia: Pink (my second favorite choice)
Rocky: Justin TImberlake (dumb, sings, dances, nice body)
Narrator: Tim Curry actually.... not that i think he'd be willing to do it
and of course Frank: (this ones my favorite) Marilyn Manson
yeah yeah i know... but come on, he already knows how to walk in heels and do his own makeup..
and yeah me personally I would have picked Eddie Izzard... but Mtv is a lot more likely to pick Mr Manson than Eddie anyway

    Is there?
Is there a community for music fans anywhere - of a specific band, type of music, or ANYTHING - that recognizes that bands change and grow? And whether you like the direction they go or not - and I don't mind people not liking it - you recognize that change is inevitable, and roll with it?

Honestly, it was bad enough with the echelon, but the TAI kids are driving me NUTS.

As I've been saying for over 2 years.... you're free to not like them anymore. That is totally your prerogative. Now move along and leave them to those of us who DO.

Knowing what potential future happenings to occur!
    THE BEST SHOW SYNOPSIS EVER:

Early Edition Sci-Fi Drama TV series was a brilliant, outstanding and award-winning show for it's entire almost half decade of airings from September 1996 till May 2000. With good writing and acting of very entertaining series about Gary Hobson and his special responsibility started by receiving a day ahead Chicago Sun-Times newspaper up to saving people's lives and preventing terrible disasters as stated in newspaper headlines and story texts.

Every morning an orange cat yawning with tomorrow's Chicago newspaper on her feet, knowing what potential future happenings to occur, Gary with his college buds Chuck Fishman always give a hand and ask for lottery winning number and blind Marissa Clark serves as adviser for right decisions, was able to save the day. Special group of people with supernatural abilities such as appearing at any location give the newspaper to few people who could make things right such as Gary.

Happy Birthday to one of the cutest babies on the planet, Alexander "Sasha" Pete Schreiber.

These photos are 4 months old, so you're probably twice this size now - and twice this cute! I hope you realize that your dad is about to blast into the fandom stratosphere as Sabretooth...

Gerard Butler and Dwayne Johnson are beyond fucking hilarious. Gerard LOVES to curse. UGH so much to say but I need to sleep. I had a great day. We stayed in the same hall all day and the panels are all fantastic. I took SO MANY pictures and hope to post them SOON but I am busy the next several days. I saw [info]xstillwaiting briefly and I am hoping she will be able to go on Saturday. I am using my pass that day for sure. I don't know if I will panel or walk around or what but I AM GOING.

I am behind on my friends list. I have a crazy few days coming up and am not sure when/how I will get caught up. I hope everyone is well and be ready for posts with a bit of info to come. I am not good at recaps but I can try to highlight the finer points. You know like Gerard. OR Gerry as he is called asking someone what the FUCK they were wearing when she went to ask a question. A little video from last night
This was, I think, the next to the last of the encores.

If anyone is proficient at translating Chris Martin via a not-too-clear mike and my even-less-clear camera recording - pls let me know the name of the song. I thought he said "Governor" but I'm just not sure.

    It's like bluegrass, isn't it?

Anyway, the concert was fabulous. I'm glad I splurged on a floor seat, even if every 6'5" guy in the audience seemed to be in a direct line right in front of me.
