» Do not say you are anorexic if you do not fit the diagnostic criteria. You can find the diagnostic criteria in the DSM IV about anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and ED-NOS. Just because you don't fit the criteria for anorexia or bulimia by no means implies that you do not have a problem. ED-NOS is not any less of a disease. Learn about it & ed_ucate yourself, please.

» Please do not say "ana" or "mia." Pet names for diseases are unnecessary and only make a mockery of these diseases.

» It IS okay to ask how other people have lost their weight, but there is no "secret" to losing it. We all work very hard to get where we are so obviously you would have to, also.
