I have very specific guidelines I'm following for which recipes I post. I was diagnosed with diabetes February 2006. I also have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Healthy eating is imperitive to the best future for me -- and my family. I am not a doctor. I am not giving you advice. I am only posting recipes I believe will help me control diabetes in my life. I haven't tried all of these recipes, so if you try one, let me know how you liked it. | |
