AboutWelcome to the only Livejournal community dedicated to the discussion of the friendship and romantic relationship of Dwight Shrute and Jim Halpert from the hit TV series, "The Office."
While these two salesmen usually have a embittered relationship (with most of the bitterness on Dwight's part), their growing friendship and amazing teamwork have inspired ideas of office romance. If you like the idea of Dwight/Jim as a friendship or as a couple, this is your place to explore!

2. No flaming, trolling, bashing.
3. Please rate all fanfics, videos, and artwork on the basis of G to NC-17. Anything rated R or above goes behind a cut WITH A WARNING.
4. Anything that page stretches or is quite lengthly should go behind a cut.
5. You may advertise other LJ communities on here, but please ask a moderator first, and please only advertise communities that would be interesting to our members.
6. The Friends-lock option is your friend. Use it when you deem necessary.
7. Stay on topic! This is a community centered around Dwight and Jim, not Jim/Pam or Dwight/Angela or any other "The Office" pairings. For a list of other office communities we are affiliated with, please see below.
