1-Sun Quan- basically the most underrated character and also I find him to be the easiest character to use and obtain all weapon and plus he's totally hot.

2-Zhou Tai- I really don't know why but I liked him in the book (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) and in the video game personally

3-Cao Ren- How should I say this? Well, he the most useful person in the game espically when maxed out.

Anything else you want us to know? I'm reserved and cold when I'm pissed off. I don't forgive very easily (I never say sorry), and I almost never forget fights. I don't really care much about anything except for myself (see? I'm very selfish), and I'll stand up for my beliefs. I dislike childishness, and am very quick to anger. The following text is copied and pasted from my post about the same topic at KOEIWarriors, since it's as good an explanation as any.

3: Xu Huang

Now, Xu Huang is clearly the opposite of Lu Xun - being so fortified in honor and gravitas and so. But unlike Ma Chao, Xu Huang's makes me laugh because you see instances of where it doesn't really matter and it looks like he tries to avoid those. His friendship with Guan Yu is sweet and I think adds to his character.

Bare in mind, alot of my exposure is of the Japanese-speaking Xu Huang, who I feel has a disctint enough voice from his American counterpart that is changes quite a few points about his character. American Xu Huang sounds like he's around the same age as Zhang Liao, Guan Yu, etc. whereas Japanese!Xu Huang sounds like he's younger then them. A bit older than Cao Pi.

To me, this makes a difference because now his entire might schtick becomes a search for identity within youth, and that makes him very endearing. He's just a young guy trying to prove and define himself in an age where blood and chaos reign, and he's managed to maintain honourable ideals and believe in strength - and it's clear he's learning not just physical strength, but strong emotional fortitude.

Xu Huang I think is the best example of aesthetics and the like getting better with every game. Xu Huang is bloody sexy in DW5, and his design there is his best. That combined with his handsomeness and search for himself makes me like him quite a bit.

2: Zhen Ji (Luo)

My first memorable exposure with Zhen Luo (and Yue Ying) came with DW4; they were the first officers I played as besides my CAW Fencer.

I have to say, Zhen had a frickin awesome dress in DW4. I mean it. That **** was amazing. It was classy with allusions to her sexiness, it was lined with feathers, it looked good with gold AND silver, and it was just wow. What an awesome dress, and anyone who dislikes that dress clearly is not a real person.

But besides that - Zhen didn't get alot of screentime in DW4, but what she did get mattered. Right off the bat one could tell that she had a bit of an attitude, ran like a loon, clearly didn't give a rats ass what others thought of her since she fought with a flute, and expressed clear irritation. She wasn't giggly, she wasn't a total dominatrix like Noh either. Now, the picture I've painted is pretty basic 'haughty queen' archetype more or less. What added to her so much was the cut scene she had with Cao Ren - no, the actual scene didn't matter much, but she went out of her way to ask him if everything was alright. With that smirk. The voice sounds sincere, and knew that Cao Ren was a serious enough guy that she should bring humor to the situation as opposed to seriousness.

That scene and her actions there said quite a bit about Zhen. Firstly, it demonstrated that she cared about her fellow officers and went out of her way to see if they were alright. I don't think I can remember anyone else in the game asking an emotionally-contextual 'Are you alright?' to anyone. Mostly it's if they're dying or something, but Zhen wanted to know if he was feeling alright. That bit of caring action propelled her into being an actual character; she wasn't just slightly arrogant princess - she was someone who didn't give a crap about what people thought about her, but she clearly gave a damn about the people who were important to her. And she was willing to take action in making sure she and them were alright.

That alone made me want to read up on her, and her actual historical profile - where she was known for being intelligent, for a steel will, for caring for the people during a famine - I wish they'd incorperate those traits into her more. It would make for an even more well-rounded character.

So, that was DW4 Zhen.

DW5 Zhen had the addition of her husband, and her Musou was centred around him. That in itself was irritating, but I was relieved when I read her dialogue for the musou - Along wtih Cao Pi choosing her, SHE chose Cao Pi. HE was good enough for HER. SHE decided that. And he had a big enough peepee that she was fine with a touch of rudeness here and there.

Also, she's one of the characters where I enjoy both the English and Japanese voices - slight bias on the Japanese though, because man that sieyuu can YELL. Hearing her yell 'HAYAMIMASU!OKURENAI YOU NI!' is one of my guilty pleasures as playing with her.

Also, DW5 had what was in my mind probably the biggest and most dissapointing changes. Now her design in DW5 isn't bad, persay - But it brings up my point of why Zhen isn't tied for number 1. It's because Koei can't seem to stop playing her as a sexpot, and now her DW5 outfit with the boob window and the crop top and the super slit has become her most recognized outfit. That's bloody annoying. Granted, they position her so she has great agency and dignity, but her DW4 design was just that much better.

That and she runs like a bloody pontz.

1: Huang Yue Ying

Ah, Yue Ying. Ah, DW4 Yue Ying.

When I first read about Yue Ying, I flipped out over how cool the elements that made her sounded. She's wearing green and white, my faovurite colours! She's using a scythe! She looks like a Valkyrie! Her name means Moon Hero! She's married but isn't defined by it (cue precursor to my talking of DW5)! She's known for being not attractive by conventional means, which is amazing! She's a genius inventor! She's a tactician! She's an ASTROLOGIST! Those are like, the elements you take, throw into a pot, and boil when creating a character I would love.

And I did. I refused to play with anyone else until I unlocked her in DW4, and I only used the CAW. And playing with her was a good time. SSSSST Musou. With Attackx2. Against Lu Bu. Good times.

She wasn't really featured in alot of campaigns, but the ones she was featured in she did have cool stuff to do. Like Wu & Wei's Cheng Du. Her Juggernauts were there. She gave you instruction at Jie Ting a bit. She protected the seige ramp in Xu Chang. Stuff like that. She handled herself with dignity and resect, but also down-to-earthness and matter-of-factness that was neither cold or rude. Yue Ying was strong in her resolve to do what was best for Shu, and she also had a strong love for her husband (notable when she was defeated or killed, her 'Farewell, my husband...' was so sad). The two of them did things together, but were capable seperately and matched each other well. Zhuge Liang probably needed her to laugh and understand what he was talking about half the time.

She was pretty awesome in DW4.

In DW5, apparently Koei had the great idea that 'Hey, wives are totally obsessed with their husbands and think of nothing else other than stuff that concerns their husbands!'.

It became a running joke between my friends the amount of times she's say 'My husband'. We would replace 'My husband' with 'My taco' 'Kursty the Klown' and 'Nobunaga'.

Her outfit was change and it was still great in a design sense, but it lost some of the practicallity in leiu of a more distinctive shillouette... Which looked like a poofy dress. I love her DW5 design, but I will admit it looks like she's wearing a poofy dress and apron. Her boots are amazing though and I will have them someday.

So the only reason I could really keep liking her in DW5 was because of my immense love of her in DW4. Yes, it was that huge.

That and her boots.

But really, beyond this rant - I do love Yue Ying still. I love her courage, I love her intelligence, her strength, and her faith. The one aspect about her that Koei seems to like (beyond MY HUSBAND) is that she's among the most faithful of Shu's troops, I've found (or not, it's just that her faith is most mentioned). She's faithful despite being an inventor and tactician. In MO, it's furthered - she has faith that her husband is not evil. She has faith that Shu will succeed, and she refuses to submit. She has faith in herself and her allies.

Faith can go a long way.

Music, singing, internet, graphics, iconing, my imagination, gaming, cooking, writing, reading, playing, target shooting, technology, history, eating, anime, manga, japanese or any other interesting culture, (one day) travelling, making edible things (xD LOL XD)...and quite frankly procrastinating. Although I always to sometimes get away with it. xD It's bad but I'm a lazy ass. :3 And I find sarcasm particularly funny too. LOVE IT. No. Really.
Dislikes: INSECTS, (like cockroaches. EEUCK.) bad games, really bright colors, heat, rap hip-hop blah music that insults better genres and has no meaning, chemistry, memorizing equations, building things (xD), hot water (most of the time), stereotypes, one track minds, people with no opinions other than that of others (XDD;; sorry.), getting up too early in the morning, forms of activity that take away my own leisure time lol and...yeah. Hobbies: So many things you'd die reading. 8D I like to do target shooting with my rifle, I like to sing and perform, I love to listen to music of different genres, I love to write, I love to make icons and graphics, I like swimming and cooking foods for people, baking as well, just laying around, daydreaming and sleeping, watching interesting things, drawing,reading engrossing books and or manga, surfing the web, talking with friends (although sometimes I am antisocial.), playing with my consoles, drooling over bishounens, arghh. Talents: Hnnn...should I be humble here? LOL. Okay, I guess I'm pretty decent with the photoshop and I can hit those notes all right in singing. I can cook sure, and I'm sure I have SOME talent in writing and graphic making. I can draw as well, and my imagination is my biggest asset. I'm also pretty good with the airgun/rifle, ~~Sharpshooter anyone? XD~~ and I'm pretty sure I don't suck with other languages like Japanese. Weaknesses: Ooh. Anything involving mathematical things and calculating. D: Epic phail. And memorizing things related to that. I also suck at manga coloring and typography and I'm not too good in physical aspects. I have asthma so I get tired like WHOA. And that pretty much affects everything else I do too. I'm also bad with high notes and I can't control my diaphragm yet as good as the others. My grammar isn't perfect but I guess that's expected when you're human haha. 8D
Strengths: I have no idea. 8D It just comes up you know? I don't really know. XD I guess, um...mixing things up randomly and they come out really pretty, even though I didn't mean it to come out like that. FIRST: Jiang Wei -> He is just the sweetest little thing. ^_^ I love his aspirations and desires and the way he looks up to Zhuge Liang like a father. So sweet. <3
SECOND: Xiahou Dun -> Misunderstood fellow. He has a better rep than most people give credit for. D: I love him tons. <3
THIRD: Zhao Yun -> Alright, don't hit me! XD I guess it just kinda grew on me. He is pretty good with that spear, and his looks are wonderful too. Plus he's got a fanbase of over a million. XD WHOA. And I LOVE his moveset. LOVE ITTT. Overrated but I don't care. He's a fan favorite, as is mine.

I've always thought that I have a lot of musical talent. I used to play the violin, I've been teaching myself piano a little bit, and I feel like I've been able to pick up most things pretty quickly.
Weaknesses:
I tend to focus on one thing too much, and can lose the big picture. I procrastinate a bit too much, and can be really lazy (especially now that it's summer). And whenever I try to say a long sentance, my words get all jumbled and no one knows what I'm talking about. That gets frustrating XD
Strengths:
I've always been able to make people around me laugh. I'm not the most witty person or fastest to think of a good comeback, but I can still make people laugh. I always try to do my best at whatever I'm doing.
Goals:
I want to graduate from high school, and possibly get my Associate's Degree by the time I graduate. I'm planning on going to college afterwards, but my ultimate goal is to get married and start a family.

Introverted or extroverted:
Very introverted. If I'm around one or two people I know really well I'm more extroverted, but more than that I'm mostly there just to listen. That's also one of my weaknesses. Since I'm so shy people tend to judge me and think I think I'm better than everyone else. I have been told this! It makes me sad. >.<
Optimistic or Pessimistic:
I like to think of myself as an optimist, and I really try to be. Ultimately I think I'm slightly more pessimistic, it all kind of depends on the day.

I think I'm a little bit more mature than immature. Some days, I can just go crazy, but most of the time I'm the one going, "Knock it off, guys. -rolls eyes-" I change daily, that drives me crazy XD

I like being a follower, because I hate making big decisions. It's not always easy for me to be a follower though because I usually think, "I don't like that idea, and I think this would be better..." but I'm usually too shy to say anything.

I have more brains. Most definately. That's what I tend to look for more in a guy too.

Dolphins! They are a very happy animal and just know how to have fun. I'd like to be a dolphin for a day.

Blue and purple. I don't know why, they just seem cool. They *are* cool colors, anyway. (Not warm colors)

The only weapon I've actually used before was a bow and arrow. That was about three or four years ago, but that was way cool. I would like to learn how to use a sword properly though.

My favorite is the Wu kingdom because they are a more family-oriented kingdom. I just love the Sun family!

Da Qiao: She is more control-able than her younger sister, and is more mature than her too. She's one of my strongest characters, and I just like her personality.
Zhang He: He is so different than anyone else in the game, and he makes me laugh. I know he shouldn't, but I still love him lol. I like his musou too, now that I've figured out how to control it.
Sun Ce: Since I started playing DW he's always reminded me of Apolo Anton Ohno. I don't know why, but oh well. He seems like the kind of person I'd want to hang out with. I love his attacks too.

I'm not sure why I like him. The battle axe drew me to playing him, and he became my second choice in officers. (Zhou Yu was first)

Gan Ning - I heart pirates x] and his sword is awesome too! O.O And I like his japanese voice... fits him well. But I think his dub voice is okay ^-^
