Harlem Nights (1989).
Marciano's character is a criminal Tony. His role in the movie is not big, but I enjoyed it.

I remember catching this on TV completely at random around the time I was first going nuts over Vecchio (and, incidentally, first falling in love with the '30s, too) and I screamed so loudly with glee that my dad and brothers didn't stop glaring at me for the rest of the evening.

OMFG. Period. I never wanted to actively seek out things with David Marciano in them - I don't want to ruin my image of Ray - but this has convinced me to find this movie!
