It's all his fault. I wasn't going to watch Rock Star: INXS. I swore to myself I wouldn't. Self, I said, you will get addicted to this show. You will pick someone to root for, and you will watch and you will be bitterly disappointed if they get eliminated. I started watching anyway, and shock, I got hooked. What I did NOT expect was to turn into little piles of goo every time MiG Ayesa took the stage. God, that man is HOT. Sometimes, it's not so bad. He's there, I can handle it. And then he smiles. Or winks. Or tears his shirt open... and there I am, all gooey. And, Goddess help me, if he actually gets to be the new lead singer of INXS, I will have to spend money to see the tour if it comes ANYWHERE nearby.
*goes off to whimper in a corner and think about shirtless MiG*

Just had to share this here with you guys...found out that Brendan Fehr will have a cont. role next season on CSI: Miami. ;-) Can't wait! Though it's a small role, still...now to get tapes to record that show (I do watch it, just don't record it...and I don't watch it all the time...but starting next season I will!) ;-) |

Why? WHY? WHY do I find myself reading bad slash?! Now I know why Ive always stuck to SW slash, my gawds!
All my normal haunts haven't updated, I was bored, curiosity overtook me...I found a section of wrestling slash. It is SOOOO horrible...I forced myself to finish one, but the others were SO bad I couldn't finish. The dialouge was stilted, the flow nonexistant, not to mention it all seemed so ludicris. I mean when the SW slash is bad, I usually at least find SOMETHING redeeming...like maybe it was a good idea but badly executed, maybe it had a good line, etc. These? My gods, Ive not seen it yet.
Even the bad fics turning Obi into a kitty-boi aren't as bad. Maybe putting cat ears on the wrestlers would improve the story *rolls eyes*
I must be a masochist to keep hoping there will be something that doesn't suck. |
