Gomen, minna. I got sick, and I haven'r fully recovered yet. Sorry for causing the delays.

I only got to time during my waking hours (I HAD to rest, I want to get to work tomorrow! Yes, I am the type of person who would exhaust herself for money XD), so I only sent the fine-timed script to [info]chibi_boom now. I'm really sorry.

I am inserting a poll at the end of this entry on whether we should continue RabuKon after releasing Ep 1 or not. In my opinion, I really think we shouldn't because KissSub is already on it, and there are other things we can sub out there. (RabuKon isn't exactly a left-over anymore, and while we do sub things that aren't left overs, there are still vids that are yet to be accomplished in our list.) Anyway, that's only my opinion. We should decide as a group. I'm looking forward to your votes. ^_^

Pearlz, I am so sorry, I had to finish Rabukon first since we're trying to release ASAP (because KissSub has already released Ep 1). But I'll be working on Ya Na Gi after this post.

Okay, that said, here's my introductory post.

Hi, I go by the name, "seiret." I'm the self-proclaimed manager of dregss. LOL. MOstly ebcause I go scout for people and projects. ^^;; That's why I think all of you know me to some extent.

I'm 20, Filipino, and I used to have a lot of free time. Til I started working recently. To make things clear, I am studying and working at the same time. My schedule right now is that I go to class from 10-1130, travel to another city and work there from 2-11 PM. Whatever free time I have left, I devote to dregss. That's how serious I am about this fansubbing group. And though we are new, we're quite stable than our first few months.

[info]chibi_boom, [info]crux_australis, [info]aoimidori, [info]bluesonnet,[info]sisteena, and I are friends IRL. We go to the same university, so transferring files isn't really hard for us. ^_^

I hope we all get along and make a fansubbing group that can contribute something to the fansubbing world.

That said, I would like to ask [info]aoimidori to make us a kick-ass lay-out before I announce the existence of this lj to public. I'm making all the official dregss mems as mods, to maintain this site. Aside from that, IRL friends, we're having training on Saturday. Nobody dozes off until we finish (it'll be pretty quick, I promise).

Oh, and a question: I can't seem to make a sticky post for this comm. Why?! XD [info]jdramas has a sticky post after all. How do I make one? The usual backdated entry doesn't work. >_< (Sorry if the question seems dumb)

You might want to make only the people who are part of the fansubbing group the only people who can post in this community unless you want the public to be able to post in this community. I was thinking you could make a post asking people to comment the anime/drama/etc of their choice they want subbed and link that in our userinfo so we can keep track of the area where people are requesting fansubs.

I feel like I really made that confusing... but you know what I mean?

if i make a request post, the thread might be long and hard to check. if we make use of tags and a format for the title of the posts (ex. [REQUEST] Ya Na Gi), it would be easier to keep track. What do you think?

BTW, I'll try dling from eMule either on Wed or Sun. DLing is not allowed in the office. :o

They have that request thread in one of my comms, and since the mods are pretty hard-core, I guess they check every so often? ^^ So..it works...We might want to give it a try. Hehe~

the jdramas sticky post is a part of the layout itself, it's not your usual backdated entry. you can't make backdated entries in communities and shared journals. :)

as for lovely complex, if there's going to be another group subbing it, maybe we should coordinate with them if we want to continue the project? :)
