Just a quick note to let you all know that Alma's and Wolf & Dragon's sites were taken down. They're still there, but all the information was removed because I want to figure out exactly what I'll be doing with these projects.

Soon I'll probably do the same on DreamGazer Studios's site, leaving only the projetcs that are either done or on-going. The rest will be removed, as not to cause false hope.

Sorry, but I guess this is for the best right now.

DreamGazer Studios is still going. I've been updating as much as I can (here on LJ), but I really can't commit to any serious graphic novel right now, so I don't see a point in keeping the sites up.
 

Heroine is still in work. Hope to see it soon (and so sory for the wait).

Today I bring you a REALY old drawing. I think this one is from 2005 O.o.
I salvaged it and finished t in a hurry. I'm tired of seeing old drawings laying around the harddrive, half unfinished. It's sad!


Most of the se characters (all from Blood Red) have suffered changes since then. Especially Takezo (the guy) and Arashi (the girl at the bottom left). Mei (gril on the top right) is not a main caharacter, and we're missing Yuuto and Ken in this.

This time it's Momutte, from Alma.

In her youth (not that she's old) she had a rebellious stage in which she tatooed her body several times and got some piercings done. When she got pregnant it all changed, but the tatoos stayed ... forever.

I'm sorry for the long absense. I haven't said a word in a while.
Today I bring you an old drawing that I just finished painting.
This is ZanZan, from Alma. He's Momutte's son and Garnmath's godchild (I'm not sure if that's the right word for it).

As for ScriptFrenzy ... the reason I haven't said anything about it is because I had to give up on that.
Why?
Various reasons, but the main ones are:
- I got a new job, six days a week, 8 hours a day;
- I'm in a course, every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, for 4 hours.
- What little time I have left I use to revise "Angel Gabriel" and I don't get time to do anything else.

I really wanted to go ahead with this, but as you can see I don't have the time. It's impossible! (and I don't use this word lightly).
I'll keep you posted on any progress.

As promissed, I'll be updating the LJ with news about my ScriptFrenzy adventure.
For now here's a small introductory video:

I ended up painting that last sketch of Ken and Naru from Blood Red.



This is what happens when I decide to draw my favourite couple of all times.  I think I'm in love with this story, all over again ... I'm a lost cause!

P.S.: I finished "ANGEL GABRIEL"! Well, the 1st draft to be more precise. That's a huge step. I haven't finished a novel in over 7 years. I feel so happy! Man, I need my chocolate...
Also, ScriptFrenzy already started and I'm moving ahead to write "Heroine", then when that's done, I'll start rewriting "Wolf & Dragon". Wish me luck!

I tried some new colouring techniques on this one and enjoyed it. Still I have a lot to learn in this department.

This coming April I'll be participating on ScriptFrenzy and you might ask what does that have to do with DreamGazer Studios. Well, the truth is I'll be writing a Graphic Novel's script, more precisely I'll be writing "Heroine" and "Wolf & Dragon".

I'm not promissing that the comic will start being made right afterwards, but it'll be a big step forward. I already have a bit of script written for both but I'll use April to go even further into the story and see what works and what doesn't.

I'll be posting weekly status here so you guys know how it's going, and I might even let you sneak a peek at it (no promisses).
Either way this is more than I've done for comics in the last months and hopefully it will start me on graphic novels once again. Cheer me on please and if you're also joining ScriptFrenzy be sure to drop a word.

Hello everyone! Long time no see ...
So, today I just come by to let you all know that I just finished removing V.I.D.A. from the web. That means that it's no longer on DrunkDuck, Smakjeeves or even on Deviantart.
This was necessary considering I did not intend on ever continuing this project online. Therefore having parts of it here would be wasteful and possibly misleading.
V.I.D.A. will eventually become one of my novels, but not on the web.

I hope you all understand my decision, even though I know I shouldn't do this in regards to the readers. But believe me when I say it's for the best.

Thank you all for your support on this project for as long as it lasted.

Angel, the main character from my novel "Angel Gabriel".
I was not going to finish this drawing, but yeasterday I decided to try and "save" it. It turned out so much better than I expected.



Angel Gabriel is a novel I'm writing.

So, as you can see I was at a fase were "Warriors" was the main theme. XD
I'm not sure when this was drawn, but I know it was between 1998 and 2001. Back then I didn't have the habit of puting the date on wvwrything I did, as I have now.



I'm really proud of the new drawings, especially the animals that came out so well (I used reference).
Just don't mind the pets' names ... they're dumb!

Continuing with the nostalgia, here are some more comparational drawings. This time it's between drawings made in 2001 and 2009.



This is a race I created called "Bird-Peope" and that I enjoyed redrawing. Mayeb I'll use them for something in the future.
