Rules

please read all the rules, before joining this community

because if you dont follow the rules,you might not know whats going on or get

banned,

1) Icons/Graphics Must be Submitted a week after the day the contest started unless

posted otherwise.
2) Voting Will begin the day after the Contest Ends unless posted otherwise.
3) Icons/Graphics Must be anonymous. No Posting anywhere until Voting is over.
4. There will be NO DRAMA at all in this community or you will be banned
5. Please Be Respectful of other peoples work.
6. No Hotlinking!
7. No Stealing any icon from this community. You can ask the person permission if

you can use there icon but wait till results are posted.
8. You Must Participate in either making icons or voting.
9. No Advertising in this community. Whether its Your Community or something

else...please dont do it! we will pimp you ourselves,if you become a affiliate.

SUBMITTING:

1) You are allowed to Submit 3 Icons in each contest unless Stated Otherwise.
2) They Can be still or animated and the Theme will be posted.
3) I Upload All Icons on my photobucket so no need for URL! :)
4) All icons must meet LJ standards: 100x100 pixels maximum, 40Kb maximum,

must be saved as GIF, JPG or PNG. Unless I do Friends Only Banners or Headers

depends on what contest it is.
5) Only Members are allowed to Submit Icons.
6) If you use art,please credit the person when you comment with your

icon.

VOTING:

1) You will vote 2 for Best Overall and 1 for Dreams Come True.
2) "Best Overall" means the best over all the other icons.
3) "Dreams Come True" Means "Most Cretive Icon".
4) Anyone Is Allowed to vote.
5) You are not allowed to vote for yourself.
6) Voting will end 3 Days after Voting Begins.

1) Winners will be announced at the end of voting.
