AboutWelcome to the Austin Sketch Group. We are an informal society of Texas artists who band together to fight crime and tell bad jokes. And, occasionally, draw.
We meet every Sunday from 2 to 6 PM, at the Hideout.
The Hideout is on Congress between 6th and 7th, in Austin, Texas, USA.
ASG was founded by John Rubio.
George Purdy created this community. Geoff Sebesta monkeyed around with it. You can go to the PHPBB message board for Sketchgroup but there ain't much there these days.
Nearly everyone in ASG has a lj account. Don't know why; it just worked out that way.
I wish more people would post art on this forum.
