This is an icontest community featuring all things Dracula and Vampires.
You must JOIN in order to submit icons and see the voting posts.

Rules

1. The icon must be made by you.

2. You must be a member to submit icons.

3. All icons must be within the LJ requirments. That's 40kb and 100x100.

4. ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS.

5. Do not get on multiple accounts to vote for your icon or any other icon.

6. Be sure to use a reliable host for your icon.

7. If you would like to use an icon please comment and ask the maker first.

Submitting

Each week, there will be a submit post where you will reply in a comment entering your icon.
All posts will be screened. You must be a member to enter.
