More information about our history and purpose can be found here.* All Harry Potter fanfiction drabbles are based on characters and situations created and owned by JK Rowling, various publishers including but not limited to Bloomsbury Books, Scholastic Books and Raincoast Books, and Warner Bros., Inc. No money is being made and no copyright or trademark infringement is intended. * 1. Every week on a Thursday, either caboca or ehnel will post a new prompt under the tag "!prompts" and the relevant week tag (ie "week: 2").2. You will have till the next Thursday to post your own drabble, under an lj-cut, with the appropriate tags (see below). * 1. All content must be rated PG-13 or below, as we have members who are not of age, in either the Muggle or wizarding world. Anyway, avoiding explicitness is a fun challenge. 2. All kinds of pairings are allowed except incest, bestiality and adult/minor. Highly non-explicit inter-species pairings are allowed where both partners have matching anatomy. 3. Drabbles should not be much shorter than 100 words, and not longer than about 500 words. Exceed 700, and it's not drabble, it's short fic. Content that long will be unbiasedly removed by your maintainers. 4. Fanfiction drabbles should be current-canon compliant: AU drabbles are permitted if the point of divergence is clearly noted beforehand. 5. Drabbles should be posted under lj-cuts and with the appropriate tags (see below). 6. Tags for each post should include: "by: " + your own lj-name (ie "by: ehnel"), the week of the prompt (ie "week: 2"), the genre of the drabble (either "fanfic" or "original") and in the case of fanfiction, if relevant, the ship (ie "ship: draco/ginny"). 7. All original fiction posted on drabblers_inc is intellectual property of its author and it must not be copied without explicit written permission from the author. Authors, feel free to friends-lock original entries if you feel uncomfortable with non-members reading them. * drabblers_inc is moderated by caboca and ehnel.
