About.dopehour Hello, welcome to dopehour, a multi-fandom doujinshi (mainly)/manga/randomshinystuff scans journal (comes with the occasional scanlation & uke squeeze toy!). For now, this is a semi-public community with moderated membership. All scans will be made members-only after a week. Please join the community and leave a comment here if you're interested in viewing them after the stated time frame has ended. We may at any time be forced to make this entire community members-only for security purposes. All scans in this journal will then be flocked down immediately. This community is currently a fivesome of sorts: ● Tiff is the community mommy guilty of supersizing the "to scan" pile. She frequently calls to mind the image of a whip and a very, very tight bun of hair. And quality stockings. Mmm. And butter-soft leather. Mmmmm. ● Ash is our flying monkey. She's potty-trained and a sadist (aka: rips her own doujinshi apart with one hand, rips through chips with other) plus a masochist (aka: scanner s&m). Don't worry, we keep her well-fed. Occasionally. She also scans for Blissful Sin under the name potato. ● Kat who is, um, here to make this a fivesome, and get ruthlessly lugged into new fandoms. She makes sure Ash is all shiny and groomed, and keeps Tiff in slinky tip-top dom!shape. She swears she does more work than it sounds. It's Very Hard, Very Intangible Work, she insists. ● Firefly is our luscious translator-lady! She's up for some hornehporneh Hijikata running Gin-chan into the ground in a Very Biblical Sense, and she's guilty of dragging Ash into late night D.Gray-man marathons. Shame on you! Plus she's so nice. Super, super shiny nice! ● Arii our proofer/qcer/editor extraordinaire. She's our shiny slab of fresh meat! We like to show her our appreciation in ways that, in some states, might be summed up neatly as "HOMG MOLESTS!" but it's just a completely platonic belly rub. Really! She's awesome with words and doesn't mind getting down and dirty with editing. A few extra stuff: ● Please do not redistribute these files. Just drop us an e-mail or a comment first if you'd like to, though. ● Comments are shiny! As are belly rubs! ● If you want to translate something for a personal project, or for another community, please let us know first and we'll get the HQ scans to you (y) ● Go ahead and get down and dirty with the scans in icon-form or whatever you graphic people manhandle them into. Make sure you at least credit the circle or doujinka. ● These scans are not meant to completely replace the original works. Please support the artist and purchase the doujinshi if you can. Online, you can get them off eBay, JPQueen, Mandarake, etc. Layout by thefulcrum. |
