Below these creaky wooden decks exists a cabin containing one lonesome, deglorified soul. THE CAPTAIN as he is known. Or at least, once was known. Years back he was the most ruthless, rugged, and splendid pirate leader on these seas! The seas known as "PRACH TIDE" amongst the world of "AARSAIDE." Until one day his entire crew, his ship, everything ... Was taken away from him by THE QUEEN OF THE EASTERN CONTINENT. Exile. That was his punishment. For days, months, years ... He lived alone. Drifting in and out of sanity -- until one day ... A ship, old and crooked, washed upon the shore of that very island. That ship was the "DOOD VAREN." THE CAPTAIN climbed upon its unfit surface and shuffled into the very bottom-most cabin. There stood a pedestial, rough scriptures engraved upon it. "Yer 'oo wishes ter become known. Yer 'oo longs for certain assets. Embrace me. I shall grant yer their existence." Unhesitantly he placed his palm upon the pedestial. He was granted ownership of this DOOD VAREN... As well as a crew. His crew ... is you. Or in other words... This is an RP where a fictional character, or characterS if you so desire, become the crew for THE CAPTAIN. I'm talking characters from anime, manga, video-games, books, television, etc. Pretty much anything except Original-Characters. The only Original Character in this RP is THE CAPTAIN, for obvious reasons, played by a mod. I must admit, this is my first time hosting an RP-comm, hell, I'm new to RPing in general ... but I will do my absolutely best. I hope you all enjoy your stay here.
