WHAT?! Yeah you don't need to use cream, or even standard milk you can mix it up with other dairy products such as creme fraiche, coconut milk etc. (though it is then not 'proper' quiche) but what kind of... *brain go splode*

Nope, I'm not. Sorry, I am a beginner when it comes to cooking. And I don't have much Quiche experience, I just know they taste good and have eggs and stuff in them. LOL

There are two items, meatloaf and a salad. The salad looks just fine, but the meatloaf is a totally different story. I know meatloaf isn't known for being visually appealing, but at least the typical meatloaf looks edible at least.

My SO has a recipe for a Tuna Noodle dinner that he got from his mother and has been begging me to make for months. I can't stand Tuna or any other seafood for that matter so I have been putting him off. Today I decided to suprise him when he came home from work with the dinner so I headed out to the grocery store for the things I needed to make it. Let me just say....I thought poor people ate Tuna, seeing I just paid $1 a can, I am guessing this is no longer the case. I have never bought Tuna so I have no idea, but I am assuming the price went up?

I want to stop eating out, but I don't want to cook. I look at recipes, but nothing looks good. Mango salsa, EW! When I do see a recipe that looks good, I won't make it because I don't have the ingredients. Buy the ingredients? No! I won't ever use them again! What should I dooooo?

I'm not sure where to start with this one, but here's the best I can do:

1. Find a recipe that looks good.
2. Go to the store, buy ingredients.
3. Cook.
4. Use the ingredients to cook more.

Is this really that hard?

Summary: In an entry that has clearly been created more for therapeutic venting rather than actual advice, OP orders a bedroom/dining set and is given a Saturday delivery date. Salesperson calls and tries to change delivery to Monday. OP says no way, Jose - TODAY TODAY TODAY! Furniture arrives, but the bed and a chair are damaged and new ones will be redelivered next Saturday. Annoying? Sure. Worthy of pursuing a partial refund? Definitely. But worth "shrieking" (her words) at customer service and blowing a gasket (especially when she later notes that she doesn't really have to sleep on the floor itself, but on a mattress on the floor, for like, five whole days)? Probably not.

So, not really snarkworthy in and of itself, but when demiraks_world remarks that it's not really THAT big a deal, and OP replies with an angry tirade, complete with two "fucks", two "shits", and a "stank ass", I'm no longer wondering why she's having trouble dealing with customer service at the furniture store.

EDIT: She deleted the "fuck shit stank-ass" comment, as well as a few others.

Crystal Light EVERYWHERE
HALP!!!!!

I accidentally spilled TWO QUARTS of Crystal Light (Fruit Punch) on my kitchen floor. It splashed onto my freshly cleaned laundry basket, of course the whites were on the top! I quickly tossed them back in the machine. Will they be okay?

I'm trying to mop up the floor but I've only got 1 mop. Normally I clean with Mop & Glo, would this be okay?

I soaked up the pink liquid with the mop, then rinsed as best I could and mopped again, and again, and again.

I swear to God it looks like a bloodbath in my kitchen. If I wasn't so pissed off I'd have gotten a picture. The bottoms of my feet are BRIGHT PINK.
