LOL. (BTW, for those that don't know, the area of town listed is the, erm, "hoity-toity-nuveau-riche-fancy-pants-co
sts-more-per-square-foot-than-acre-in-th
e-burbs" part and, uh, there's no "vast tracts" of land there. hell, it's such a fancy-pants-desirable area that people blast into cliffs and cantilever houses off them! and, there's nooooo bus service there for these folks apparently too poor for land and seeds but want to garden for you-- nevermind that in the city center there's a community garden right on a bus route.)
