Don't just waffle about procrastination or, worse still, revel in it. Tell us exactly what you want to do and why you are not doing it. Tell us what you intend to do about the reasons you aren't doing it.
Posts should take one of two forms. They can either be a definition of the problem (what you've been putting off, why you've been it putting off and what you intend to do about it) or a success report (meaning you've done what you've been putting off). Posts should be short or medium in length.
