Advice to my fellow US fans - Join bebo.com!
Want to watch the previews for the new episodes, including the longer previews posted by the BBC on YouTube but closed to those not in the UK--? Join the UK version of MySpace/Facebook -- bebo.com. You can live in the USA and join and have access to all the cool things the regular UK citizens have, because nothing's filtered--well, I'm sure the more accurate way to put that is "Nothing's filtered yet," so until that day, do a cyber-slip into the UK from the USA right in front of the BBC's faces!

Now if I could just figure out a way into the BBC iPlayer from here in Chicago...

completely OT, I live in Chicago too and am a HUGE Doctor Who fan and I am looking for people to talk about it with. (I was raised in England on Classic Who) can I friend you?

Sure :)!

I used to watch classic Who, almost solely Tom Baker, with my brother when we were kids. It's cool to see it all coming back around--UNIT, Sarah Jane, K-9. I saw the Romanas, Leela, Harry, the Brigadier.

I suggest extensive FAQ perusing because it's a complicated thing, but by coupling the program with VPN (and probably purchasing more bandwidth), your IP may as well be singing "Rule Britannia".
