Very Cool Steampunk Dalek

Mmm... I'm imagining a story where the daleks get stranded somewhere. Can't be in time 'cos they seem to be able to build DNA sequencers in the 20s... Anyway - they end up cannibalising local technology in order to survive. And this sort of thing is the result.

I'm rather liking the vents in place of the usual "dalek-bumps" but they're leading me to believe that the poor mutant inside is gonna be cooked, unless there's something cool going on with steam driving the dalek and the condensing water cooling off the mutant within...
